New subscriber here. I just found your channel. I’m a physically disabled man in my mid-30s, and I’ve always struggled with accepting myself in many different areas of my life because of how I’ve viewed my disability. I’m an ambivert. I also have anxious personality traits. I’ve always been very sensitive and a deep thinker too, so as a result I’ve usually felt more comfortable around women than I have around men. This isn’t to say I don’t have strong friendships with other men. I do. It’s just that given my propensity for sensitivity, women have helped me access this side of myself more easily. Anyway, thank you for putting this advice out there. It’s greatly appreciated and needed. Side note: Let me preface this by saying I don’t know if you’ve done episodes on the topics I’m going to mention in my following sentences. If you have, I apologize. If you haven’t, I’d love to hear your opinions and advice on both. I’ve recently discovered that I’m anxiously attached. Attachment theory along with emotional regulation are fascinating topics to me.
@@M-xlz3 Happy to hear this video resonated with you and thank you for sharing a little bit about yourself! I have not yet done a video on attachment theory but am fascinated by the topic as well so it is now added to the list. Thanks!
