I used to work on film sets and there is no defined budget for anything. It is quite a lavish lifestyle, you can request anything and they will deliver. I once got give a pallet of whisky, now I know why they are so eager to spend so much, because they write so much of their profits off! 👌
obligatory request for an indepth video on anti-bot measures implemented by websites to protect against credential stuffing, and the ways hackers try to get around them.
When it comes to vulnerabilities, credential stuffing prevention is incredibly low priority for these companies. It often protected against using simple rate limiting (this is what Instagram uses). It’s out of scope for most bug bounties when you find a bypass for rate limiting too.
Interesting. May i ask, bradley, are you the guy who reads the script out loud or do you also partake in the research etc? Always amazes me how much different content this channel makes. Im still greatful for the last video, i appreciate you
@@dfhdf4214 lmao, guess i could have phrased it better. Im aware sumsub is a company, so i was wondering if he is an expert or only works for the UA-cam team
17:53 ... yes! They had to adjust provisions for returns of over 51 million Dollars. More than 4 class action lawsuits in the US alone. The stock of this billion dollar company fell 52%, more lawsuits are coming. The GOG devision was cut short, and further investments and sales are expected to be much lower.. How did you conclude that nothing happened? This is all public knowledge.
I had to turn the volume up by 500% through a browser plugin just to be able to hear, Please take that feedback by heart because the video itself was very entertaining!
Love the videos, but the audio level was really low on this one, had to increase the volume on my laptop to 100 to hear what you were saying most of the time. Keep up the great content ^-^
unfortunately i think your channel has befallen the same fate as The Hated One, that is exceptional, high quality content that is suppressed by the youtube gods due to the topics you do your videos on, great topics just not something UA-cam wants people to know about. that said, this was an incredible video and provides alot of insight into the world of Hollywood fraud
Failed movies actually can make money so that the film studio can receive tax breaks for writing off unprofitable films; while the actors' agents/managers receive commissions for when a film they act in makes a profit thus costing the film studio more money.
gaming has already been through this once in the 80s. It's massively overdue for a major financial scandal. However I think streaming is the next financial shuffle space.
Streaming (at least on Netflix) is in decline too. I fear that the amount of money Disney is throwing at Disney+ may also lead to its eventual decline too.
Something I'd be interested in is how studios loose money and fail to pay their cast by using a shell company to fund the production. This is not new and has been done to death and most likely still used.
I found Order of the Phoenix to be my favorite after a rewatch of the entire series recently. The whole "fake news" and political corruption story arc aged extremely well. Upon rewatch I was impressed how much nuance there was in those movies despite not liking them much as a kid.
18:35 Voila! In view a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain, by the vicissitudes of fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi now vacant, vanished...
we're alsready seeing it enter gaming, between the big stuff like what you're talking about we also have the AAA companies trying to make blockchain games, they're getting more investment from investors even without player sentiment not following along. The industry has been stealing money from gamers and investors for a few years now and you can only find true creativity and fun games in the independent space these days.
I think it was metacommentary. Forreal whats more cyberpunk than a company we thought we loved promising the world and then underdelivering? It seemed almost intentional how mediocre it was. Even with all the faults though, I still think it was the only game that does the genre justice, and more than just the gameplay levels.
7:58 - What world do you live in in which the _New York Times_ is a conservative newspaper? The _New York Times_ has always been a hive of social liberalism and political progressivism, even back in the 1970s. A review of a raunchy film appearing in its pages is nothing to be shocked about.
Your video is far to quiet, I have the volume maxed on my phone and I can barely hear you. Put a compressor on the master track for future uploads pls :)
So you're telling me the Wolf of wallstreet, a movie about financial fraud, was funded by financial fraud?
I used to work on film sets and there is no defined budget for anything. It is quite a lavish lifestyle, you can request anything and they will deliver. I once got give a pallet of whisky, now I know why they are so eager to spend so much, because they write so much of their profits off! 👌

Noted!
Maybe youtube could use the tutorial
Hackers? I'm trying to get around them
CloudFlare, properly setup will protect most sites / services. It's not fool proof, but no tech is.

The sound is not loud enough 🤔
Interesting. May i ask, bradley, are you the guy who reads the script out loud or do you also partake in the research etc?

no script he's just casually sharing his immense knowledge on the fly. he didn't even know they were going to start filming TBH
@@dfhdf4214 lmao, guess i could have phrased it better. Im aware sumsub is a company, so i was wondering if he is an expert or only works for the UA-cam team
Hey, I'm also Sumsub's regional sales manager. Not just an actor ;)
Is this video super quiet for anyone else?
Yup noticed it.
Yeah, I check the previous video they released and that one is mucb louder at the same volume percentage.
Big films lose money on paper on purpose, so actors would not demand a percent of the profit. Half as Interesting did a video about it.
Ya like Scarlett with black widow, then they tried to screw her anyways
Link please
Good video, but the audio quality and balance is waaaayyyy off.
I always wondered why people kept giving Uwe Boll money to make terrible movies. This has been an eye-opener. Thumbs up!
This video is much quieter than your other videos.

i love the video! i can tell you guys put a lot of work into these!

This channel is soooo good!
Please have more consistent volume mixing, the dynamic range is a pain to deal with
So im not the only one. Was listening on headphonss and could b@rely hear :(
Holy heck, alliteration game on lock.
As soon as you mentioned cyberpunk and video games my mind instantly thought VTM bloodlines 2 not surprised to see it mentioned a few seconds later.
The video was edited too low in volume

Very professional Bradley, i'm so impressed
Thanks Sally! Glad you found me.
Keep it up Bradley ✌️
Finally something NOT about fking NFTs
Told ya , morbious surely made over 5 morbillion dollars !

keep up the videos! love the content
Interesting video as always, but your audio is way too low and too much reverb.
Whats the background track to this video called?

How much of your production budget goes into creating new sets?
Just came from the cinema. :) Cinescape 4 Lyfe!
This channel has way to few subscribers. There are many channels with millions of subs that have less than 1/4 of the quality of sumsub.
Net vs Gross. Ask a rabbi, "Are tithes net or gross?"
i liked how you added gaming at the end, because something sketchy definitely happened with cyberpunk
I think it was metacommentary.
Forreal whats more cyberpunk than a company we thought we loved promising the world and then underdelivering?

I’m not sure how fair the comparison is, games need a lot more labour, films shoots can be measured in months but some games take years
i can't hear his voice with earphones 🎧 can you increase the volume of his voice while editing 🥲🥲
Couldn't pronounce Metropolis either. Don't get me started on butchering the Italian...
Title instantly reminded me of Steven seagal
When I listen to this video my hearing suddenly weakens. Can you possibly fix that in future videos? Thank you!
Makes me question Star Citizen again at $450 millions in croudfunding.
It’s Fritz Lang.
Next video: Churches
i like the background
The Witcher 3 was great!!!
Does anyone want to invest in my movie? No seriously, I write screenplays and i have a lot of stuff that would really make money.
Why is this video so quiet?
yes

It's less of a compression issue and more likely a gain staging issue.
Can we please take the time to approach the interiors of the room where the shoot took place. Mama mia.
You're forgetting the biggest one of all: CCP-funded woke films as "active measures."
The audio levels of this video... oof
Do all Brits look like Mr Bean sometimes
That's wacist!..and...wtf are you on about???
😀😉

Oh no i hope gta6 don't end up being a tax evasive scheme.
"Editorial stance
The editorial pages of The New York Times are typically liberal in their position."(saves you time from google)
