Did you discuss with the customer that they should all be cut to PW CPM? A lot of people want half an inch on Gap, inch SW and 1 and half for LW to have the right feel for partial shots
How much tip weight usually goes into a bladed sand wedge with a steel shaft? True Temper Dynamic Gold with wedge flex and I think the length is 35.5 inches. Golf Pride Tour Velvet standard length grip which is about 50 grams. It might of had some metalic powder down the shaft because there was flaming going on near the ferrule and hosel when I took it apart. The arrow on the grip was significantly misaligned with the club face at address, plus the club seemed light to me in comparison to the vokey sm4 I have as well. It's a wilson "dyna-powered" model made several decades after the original set was built probably by edwin watts. I don't care about getting it swing weighted precisely.

I did trim the butt end for length, when unsing 370 tip shaft tip trimming gets you to a desired flex. I wedges the shaft is about there now. Also 355 tip shafts are not to be tipped trimmed.,

Being a lefty , I can’t speak to the performance. If you like to manipulate the wedge, this can do the job
