Story behind day break.......On October 3, 1999, in the Maling Scenic Area of Guizhou, the running cable car suddenly crashed, killing 14 of the 36 passengers.
And just when the tragedy struck, a young couple held their two-and-a-half-year-old son with both hands. As a result, the son was saved, but the parents lost their lives.
This story of life deeply moved singer Han Hong, and after many contacts, she adopted this child who could not die,

Dimash also sang this song on the singer , he had to learn the Chinese lyrics in a week and was ill on the day of the performance so had inje tions in his throat . The song is a true story of a cable car accident in which the parents of a small boy who knew they wouldn't survive so threw the child to safety before the crash which killed all the passengers , and the child was alone all night until daybreak when he was found . Han Hong adopted the boy, who survived the accident and wrote this song. Han Hong has composed a lot of music and is one of the top artists in China.
thanks for the background but I have a little to add here. Not all passengers were dead, 14 dead 21 severely injured. This 2-year-old little boy was the only one with a minor injury, because his parents literally had raised him above their shoulders when they were dropping down before the crash. The parents sacrificed their lives but their child got to live. And Han Hong adopted this little boy after hearing about this accident and wrote this song to commemorate his parents
Han Hong is a woman, she is highly respected in China as an artist and active charity founder. She has composed music for other artists as well, she wrote a musical about the terrible consequences for Alzheimer patients and their families, "A Moment of Remembrance", to create awareness among the Chinese people. Ayunga is also well worth checking out.
Back to Han Hong, she is very devouted to her music and her charity projects, she even adopted a child, who lost his parents in a cable car accident. ❤
