I tried to make a video similar to yours, because in general I like these types of videos. I made the videos and slowed them down in editing and was going to turn the audio off and do a voiceover. It may have been my eyes (getting tired lately), but I thought some of the prices were slightly blurred. So, I scrapped the video. I should've kept it. Anyways, the Bibb & Tucker High Char is the one you should be looking for. Keep up the great work !

Buzzards Roost is very good. Worth a try. The Bib and Tucker 6 Year Double Char is very good. They have a 10 Year that I have not found yet. Those Rebel Cask Strength store picks are so good for the price. Really like Penelope Valencia. 🥃

If you have a chance while in the Destin area, swing over to Kwiker Liquor over in PCB! Great selection of Bourbon and usually a ton of store picks with a tasting bar! Definitely worth the stop if you are over that way! Most of the other PCB stores are museums lol. Love the videos!

I just had Bunnahabhain 12 and it’s a glorious unpeated Islay scotch! I’d look for it if you’re hunting for another scotch to try in the $50-$60 range.
I like the peat! But love unpeated as well
@@MajorXero they call it unpeated but it’s like 5ppm. It comes off more like sea salt, but combine that with the toffee, nuts, vanilla, and sherry notes I was blown away and they give you real value by leaving the proof at 46% no chill filtration or added color either.

Lalo is good, I see a few other no addative/color tequilas (cierto and don fulano) man I can't believe ya passed right over the G4 lol, I'm a bourbon guy but I'm really starting to get into the scotches, I've currently got the Macallan 12 sherry oak, glen scotia victoriana (really love this one) open so keep it up.

@@MajorXero I’m in Little Rock and my owner is kind of a pretentious ass, he’s in an upscale area of town and most of his business is high end wine clients, the whiskey is over priced and he knows it but doesn’t care because his clientele supports him regardless of price

Hey! Don’t hate on that mango habanero old smoky, believe it or not that stuff is great in a Kentucky mule in the summer.
Ok so what is the recipe
1 shot of the mango hab whiskey, half shot of pure lime juice, top up with cock’n’bull ginger beer, take a couple big mint leaves and stack em then press them flat to the bottom and squish em to express some mintiness and stir. Pour it all in a copper cup with ice and voila
Usually use either a mixing glass or just a lowball to mix it up

Penelope Toasted is good! That’s the only Penelope if had. Just killed the bottle this past weekend. The blue Kentucky Owl is a blend suppose to mimic a Scotch Blend I think.

I tired a Barrel Bourbon finished in Mizunara. It was almost too sweet for me. I might get it, just to have as an occasional sipper. I wonder if all of the Mizunara finishes are sweet like that.

@@MajorXero same lol! Also, there is Kwiker Liquor about 35-40 mins towards PCB. Scored a Stagg 23B there 2 weeks ago for $89 by luck. Otherwise, they have good barrel picks, and they have over 50 bottles of spirits you can sample by their bar. Enjoy!

@x5j94 It’s very good but not worth secondary market prices. Once the “OMG!!! This is Pappy 15!!!” phase is over… it’s just really great bourbon that probably won’t change your life too much . Received a bottle last Christmas and was upset my wife paid a little over $400.
I won’t lie, though. Pappy 15 was incredible, but I wouldn’t pay $400 to have it again.
The cast strength redwood empire for $79 is a great deal.. goes for over $100 in Hawaii

Looks like it's an 11 year, 122.2 proof, barrel #2024. Up here in NH, the SRP varies based on age: the 10 years go for 400.

So Ohio liquor stores released Weller today. An email went out at 3. By 430 all tickets and people in line were done. Over 40 stores got over seventy-five bottles which included Weller full proof,Weller 12 old fitz,Stagg and a few others. This week alone I have landed blantons,and three bottles of Weller 12. One bottle of 12 was for my brother in law but I have photos if you wanna see !!! I’ll show you mine if you show me yours
