@@The_Unbottled can’t lie it was pretty good, I’ve always lead by just taking shots but never let myself taste the drink before. I was pleasantly surprised 😮
Great video. Yourself and fellow UA-camr Whiskeyer have this great concept of interviewing store management/personnel rather than simply walking up and done isles….
That is a great store - best service I have ever had. Folks bringing different stuff to try while you shop - even palate cleansing water. Great store picks too.
Glad to see this video pop up! I live right across the mountain and didn't even know this place existed honestly. Will definitely have to stop by there.
Great store, even stores that offer tastings usually stick to their store picks. I had my eye on the Hard Truck Sweet Mash Rye. I also have the middle west pumpernickel and it's good. cheers!
Love seeing all the craft selections because a lot of times they are better than the standard Kentucky choices. Great videos. I just joined the Discord
Interesting place. I’m over in Sumner county so a few hours. I can easily find eagle , blantons, buffalo trace, sometimes Weller (the green one). I never see Pappy, and if I do it’s like 400$ for the bottom one. I do like that Imbibe has a lot of TN originated offerings, that’s cool. I saw some of the stuff I’ve had Jeffersons, Davidsons, etc. I make friends with store owners, some of them are like me who want to enjoy a bourbon, not collect it. Those are my type of people. The collectors, they can just get out I don’t care. Last bottle of blantons, I got two for 68$ each, one eagle rare for 51, and a buffulo trace big 1.5 for I don’t remember but it wasn’t more than 50$. People paying much more than that, and if I see something expensive, I’ll just grab 4 roses, or something similar and wait on it.
@@The_Unbottled Indeed! The people I know, they see me and are like "Hey, let me show you a few things!". I am always appreciative and they appreciate it too! I went to another store, stupid store and they have this 'point' system, where after 100 points, you can go to the 'back room' to look at the spirits there. It's like 1 point a bottle, and I was like this is stupid. I told the owner, knock that crap off and make friends with people instead of driving customers away. He complained he's only been opened for 8 months, but isn't making money. Hmm, perhaps hiding everything including buffalo trace (a super common thing around me), 4 roses, and other common bourbons is helping lol. No , no it's not.
Good video, different stuff...but I don't believe in paying more than $70 for any spirit. I have maybe 90 labels & probably 6 or 7 over that. I'm a mixer guy, so it goes a long way. The Golden West pumpernickel makes a great Old Fashion.
Started on my own Bourbon Journey by getting my 1st bottle because of this channel! Cheers 🍻 Got a Buffalo Trace thanks to some great advice 👍
Great first bottle! How was it?

Thank you for the support! I appreciate you noticing. They take so much time curating a selection I want to honor their hard work for us consumers.
Great video! Need to stop by that store the next time I'm in the area. So much better than our ABC's here in NC. That Stellum Rye is amazing.
You’re not far at all. Stop in when you’re close they’ll love to have you 🥃

I’d agree. The experience they provide is great for any consumer. It is definitely a store worth continuously visiting! 🥃

It’s definitely worth the drive. Great staff and amazing selection! 🥃
Yo man, great episode ! And really nice store man !!!!!!!!
Thank you! Check them out if you’re ever close by

One of my favorite stores to venture out with. Staff is great and the selection is awesome. Thank you for the support! 🥃
Great video. Lookin forward to stopping in there next time im passing through Chattanooga. Garrett sure knows his stuff.
Definitely stop by if you’re in the area. A great store to just visit with a really knowledgeable staff.
Another banger! Keep up the good work!
Thank you for the support! 🥃

Awesome vid!
Thank you!
Been loving my Green River lately they have amazing stuff coming out
They really do. I’m excited for their single barrel to come out!
@@The_Unbottled got one at the distillery a few weeks ago incredible
I’m definitely grabbing one first chance I get.

Great shop. He turned me on to a few things last time I was down that way
One of my favorites. Great shop to expand your bourbon horizon and find some hidden gems. Thanks for the support! 🥃
I love learning about whiskey as much as I like buying and drinking it lol.
Haha that’s part of the journey. A bottle with a great story is more appealing to me than one with a high shelf price
Great content
Thank you! 🥃
I would love to hunt with you guys whenever you come through Jackson. I definitely enjoy the hunt.
I’m definitely down. Is it Jackson, Tn or Ms?

Sounds good! I’m from Memphis so I’d be open to a hunt together
I unfortunately can’t find you to follow you back

Wilderness Trail is really good.
I’ve had a few store picks and have enjoyed all of them
Imbibe is a great store. I have their Bee's Knees Short Barrel they have at the "bar" for sale. So good I picked up a 2nd bottle later.
I haven’t grabbed that short barrel but I’ve tried it a couple of times. Just not worth $100 to me personally.

Bourbon hunting is all about the connections you make. There is a level of luck but it helps having friends in the right places!

Eh Taylor small never pay 0ver 100. If u don’t see a lot then bye 120 no more
So 120 is your max for E. H. small batch now?
