Killer tone! Love the crisp sustain on that Gretsch. How you managed to capture the main motifs from the 9+ EG parts is amazing! The addition of the synth bass line (muted 16ths) at 1:33 really helps build the energy. Octaves at 1:51 are epic, and those slides 2:13 3:56 4:24 are sooo dynamite! Great job blending lead lines with power chords, everything sounds so full. Best version of "Battle Belongs" on YT!

Excellent cover. I play it exactly the same up til about 1:30, but then you leave me in the dust. I really like what you do in the choruses, as I just play the melody as single notes with an octave down pedal, but it never really sounds full enough to me, but I'm the only guitarist in our church band.

For this cover, I didn't use Iridium. I used only plug-in amp from UAD. For left side is Chandler GAV19T, and for right side is 55Deluxe. Thanks.
