Welcome to Palumeu, Suriname! This remote village located in the Surinamese rainforest, is one of the country’s most isolated but most rewarding destination. Located along the Tapanahony River, it offers a unique look at the local Amerindian people and their way of life.

Well hello again David. Whoa!!! What an adventurous trip. First of all, thank goodness you got that whole seat in the plane so you can panic all by yourself. Luckily you are not claustrophobic. We call those propeller planes 'windjammers'. Everything is so luscious and green. And the food, how delicious it looks. Hey, roti in Suriname looks so good too. The maroons who the guide spoke of came from the Akan region of West Africa known now as Ghana. Some of the scenery including the rapids, the thatched roof houses etc. were so idyllic. So after leaving the quiet of the rain forest, it's back to the hustle and bustle of the city. Love the hotel room. Hope you had a restful and peaceful night's sleep after all the excitement of the trek through the rainforest. What a trip eh!!! See you in the next video. I really have to commend you and your team for all the excellent work you all did with these documentaries. Pats on the backs to all of you. Keep up the good work. May God bless you all.🙏🤗❤🇹🇹🇨🇦

Hi David...What an adventure!!!....not any of us can go to the rain forest ....so I'm enjoying seeing your travels there...the ride on the plane ..I would be scared and excited as well.....but the aerial view was really breathtaking....foods looked delicious ...so natural ....viewing now.....reached where you came off...the rapids boatride...and onto the rocks,...I know this will be good...Thanks as always David and be safe wherever you are....Blessings.

HI judy its christine chance I been going threw a really really horrific divorce ,court ,restraining orders just a mess That's why I just disappeared, it's been the most horrible thing I've ever gone threw in my entire lfe,I got the house the only good thing You would not believe it if I told you it's a lifetime horror movie I have a tracking device bc he tried to kill me so he has to wear a bracelet it's just a mess but I'm sick of hidding

Just last week, I mentioned that we were missing some of our regular ladies in the comments section. David hasn't done any 'live' chats in a long time because he is so busy. Girl, I never expected anything like this. WOW. I hope David sees and reads this. What a terrible thing you are still going through. I just don't know what to say. I am at a loss for words, and you know that's not me. Only thing I will say, though, is to pray, be strong and be careful.
