Ive got this drone and I'm just in the process of getting the DJI goggles and controller 3 to fly acro. This video was super informative on what to expect. Ive got the DJI AVATA which seems a better drone but the plus side of this drone is the size 💯
I had the same gimbal issue with mine that caused a crash. Posted it on my channel. I had the issue after a crash, maybe dirt got into the gimbal system. When I cleaned it all up it seemed to be fine again.
@@flyingfilmmaker I have a feeling it has something to do with a hard crash and perhaps dirt getting in the gimbal area as mine did it to me after a hard crash that got it pretty dirty and in your video you crashed pretty hard also which could have caused some dirt issues?
It seems to be heavily underpowered. Just like the Avata-2. I switched over to the Nazgul DC5. No more propwash tumbles. It's so much fun but a lot less flight time of course.
not powerful enough to preform those aggressive monuvers. only gud for light FPV flight and cinematic footage in my opinion. even tho the picture quailty is not as clear but its way beta than anolog and its clear enough for most of us.
This video is taken from his headset(judging by the telemetry on screen), so the quality looks bad because it's a screenshot of his Transmission. Screenshot from other FPV drone goggles also looks bad, sometimes black and white pixelated. If he used the footage from the Neo itself, it is okay.
I really think that the Neo isn’t for flips and free styling, but is really good for flying for around an area.
Only can manual mode with the goggles? I have the Neo with the controller
At 3:00 it says please fly under enough light and where grounds are with rich textures.

Yea, I also tried to fly my Neo in manual mode and I also notice its not flying really stable, but I also enjoy flying it in FPV mode

does 1080p 60 fps fly smoother?
When i get in trouble I just hit the pause button and it saves the day, or you can flip it to sport real quick..
Ya problem was here it went crazy when I did that. Had it happen multiple times.
did you calibrate the imu, gimbal and compass before this flight? maybe thats why it was doing some strange stuff
Do you think for a child it is worth getting the drone and get the fpv pack?

Looks like the drone spazed out when it lost GPS. Worth a look.
5 blade gemfan props help alot.

Video quality looks bad just change the video quality into 1080p 60p and change the rates
Dji neos camera only supports 4k 30 fps at highest also 1080p with 60 fps the quality is even worse
There isn't a very big difference between the 2 gave it a turn myself
