Knowing the new iPad Pro m4 has 5.1m of thickness instead of the 5.9m of the 2018 model, makes me feel very worried about the bend test and the structural integrity of the new iPad Pro… specially knowing apple changed the thickness of the iPad Pro from 5.9m to 6.4m back in 2021 to make big improvements regarding the bending issue. It still bends, but is a huge improvement compared to the horrible bend of the 2018 iPad Pro. Anyways, I hope the m4 iPad Pro survives the bend test, who knows…🤷

@@pikkyuukyuun4741 Its the same reason they are okay with them putting last years chip into the new phone with no real improvements. For example the iPhone 14 is just an iPhone 13 with satellite connectivity and re-arranged internals. Or in the case of the US, lacking a sim card slot additionally.
This is probably one of his most savage durability tests, he just vigorously destroys everything in his path and probably enjoyed it alot more than we can think. This guy is a madman.

I have a iPad that is maybe around 5 years old and I dropped it many times on the hard wooden floor and the funny thing about that is that it never cracked or broke into pieces, it still worked as if it was newly bought. So yeah not all iPads is fragile but I’m pretty sure older iPad is like the old Nokia’s phones because old Nokia phones never cracked or broke just same as my old iPad if that makes any sense

Why don't you use a tempered glass over it? I use it on my S7+ and I bet it has got no scratches on its real display..don't buy the cheap plastic ones, buy the glass protector. They feel great too..
@Variable_Degree_Series i put on tempered glass a few days after : ) best decision ever. i read beforehand that it kills the great image quality and color intensity (not wrong) so i didn't put it on from day 1. i really regret that, but i learned from my mistake
@@othell11 Mine doesn't affect colors much and even if it does a little, I believe it is a thing that you will notice only when you compare it with a device with no tempered..One can easily adjust to it in a few days..I change smartphones every 2-3 years but I don't want to change my tablet for anything less than 5 years because for me, its just the display and audio and stylus that matters..I have my laptop when I need crazy performance and crazy gph as well

Can confirm it is very fragile because of the plastic layer on the side. Frame got bent, almost exactly the same as yours, except less intense. It still works and all, it’s just annoying to use it because it’s recently developed a glitch at the place where it got bent, along with a line straight down the middle. Again, less intense as your iPad, but I still hate how it folds like a piece of paper, as you said.
There is no way to fix it, and I’ll only get maximum $150 for the parts if I do try and sell it back to Apple
