the devi ever rocket tremolo/fuzz combines the devi ever soda meiser & vintage fuzz master circuits. also featured in this video is the devi ever torns peaker, which is used by king gizzard & others including my bloody valentine. see my other devi ever videos, such as my bloody valentine & devi ever & top 4 devi ever pedals. because king gizzard & the lizard wizard are known for using the rocket (see it in the kexp live video) i covered some tunings from albums ‘flying microtonal banana', ‘nonagon infinity’ & ‘i’m in your mind fuzz’. the rocket tremolo & fuzz can be used for sounds & tones of many different genres, such as indie, alternative, shoegaze, dream pop, post-rock, psych rock & grunge. use solo or add to your effects pedal setup rig & on pedalboard with effects like reverb, delay, tremolo, phaser, overdrive, fuzz, distortion, chorus, pitch shifter & flanger. within this review, i demo these pedals with a kurt cobain fender jaguar through the roland jc-40 amp. some songs to check out by this band include rattlesnake, road train, i’m in your mind, hot wax & people-vultures.

it doesn't sound anything like this; king gizz has more of a crunchy overdrive sound, not an abrasive fuzz tone (specially on the leads melodies) the only correct one ia the torns peaker who stu's been using since the start of the band

I've owned both. They're similar in sound but the Jazz Chorus is brighter. The stereo functionality of the JC is awesome, but if you're not gonna utilize that I probably wouldn't spend more to get the JC-40.
