Today is all about staying indoors, its so cold out! Today I show how to make healthy GOOD FATS from beef tallow. I show you step by step how to make a versatile tallow you can use in baking, and savory dishes such as frying. You can also make candles, soap and use it on your skin and in hair. I use it on my hair and its absolutely divine. Tallow is also healthier than seed oils and contains a great amount of omega fats.

Hi beautiful,there are natural hair influencer that use the tallow as hair oil. It is whipped and made as a hair oil butter. The tallow helps to ease detangling of natural hair.
Also makes the hair very soft n shiny.
