The model for this home is the "The Lodge" or model# SIG16602F-60-2/16X60 This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 960 sq ft. Sorry but it’s got mobile home written all over it. Cheap wall paneling and trim and I don’t care for the flooring. The outside looks great.
I’d like to see more homes roughly in the same ballpark price as this one 50-70k
This one was surprising nice for its price and size
In this day and age, so much more can be done but the mfgs still use the cheesy trailer molding/trim. The best single wide ever was made a couple of years ago ... mossy oak series. Absolutely gorgeous. Best part of this one is the entry is at the end instead of the traditional side.
I like it. Would be great for me to be independent but still close to my daughter.

Nice but I HATE paneling.
I do LOVE the flooring though.
I also LOVE the sinks in the master bath.
This looks soooo bad. Ive seen some amazing looking mobile homes. This is NOT one of them
The tour was OK, but tiny homes on average are around 400 sq ft and can be put in a RV park. This unit is a2 bdrm/2 bath single wide mobile home. You need to know your product so you don’t look foolish.
Looks like a Tiny home to me? But I guess that’s coming from a fool 🤷😭😂😂😂🤷
Can you move it yourself with a decent pickup truck. Or will you have to pay someone over a grand just to move it 30 miles. That's the difference between a tiny home and a mobile home or trailer.
The backsplash is Hideous and Cheapens the look! Stop doung that!!!!
So my 745 SQ ft trailer is a tiny home? Nope.
