Wow. This show is more accurate to Greek myths than most adaptations done by American television. lol Hades and Persephone are presented as they should be: in a loving relationship where both are loyal to one another and can come to an understanding with the rest of the family.
Wait, I thought Psyche's relationship with Eros was after Hades and Persephone's, seeing that Psyche had to ask her for a make-up box in the underworld Anyway it's a really good reference
How did aphrodite have the same situation with eros if she had Skye go down to persephone the queen of the underworld to get a box of her beauty to bring back
@@genotivashantirishelp.3470 yes but she did not eat anything and she was in emissary of Aphrodite so to properly do her job ( bring the box back to Aphrodite) the underworld had to let her return to the surface. it's not that hard under some certain circumstances people are allowed to return to the surface.
Thats a cool movie! I love this story and it had that good old vibe of anime. I love how Hades gets flattered XD He is such a cool guy and Persephone is so beautiful. The film makes a great explanation how long Persephone stays with Hades.

There's only evidence of one time Hades strayed from Persephone, with the story of Minthe. Sometimes the story takes place before he met and married Persephone, other times she's after, and I'm not talking about modern adaptations. The original myths have slightly different versions of the stories themselves (even the famous story of Hades and Persephone). This story goes, though, that Persephone turned Minthe into the mint plant after finding out. Hades doesn't do it again (unlike Zeus and Posiden), as there's no other story known of Hades straying from her other than that one story/version of the story. I'd say comparatively to the other gods, he's pretty darn faithful. At least the most faithful.

At least Hades is respectful to his wife unlike the other gods in Greek Mythology.
What about Eros and Psyche?
How can a place have wife.

Demeter: No way! My daughter can’t be married to such… 😡
Aphrodite: You should just give up. I had the same situation with Eros 😌
Me: *PTFF* -
I got that reference 😅
Sometimes it seems that Demeter being a little too overprotective of Persephone.

Gods are omnitemporal/omnipresent anyway, meaning, time/actuality has no power over them unless they want to allow time to do its bidding. 😊
Bruh, how is it that Hades is one of the only faithful gods in Greek Mythology -_-
When your given very little, you appreciate everything you are given.
Such a wonderful love story. Hades is so in love with Persephone 🥰
:)
It’s actually 6 months she’s with hades and 6 on earth
Stephyz Pod actually in Ancient Greek, there are only 3 seasons, not 4 seasons
Kelly Foo, Exactly! Back then, we only had 9 months, so we only had three seasons: Winter, Spring, and Autumn.
In the Homeric Hymn to Demeter she only eats 4 seeds meaning that she has to stay in the underworld for 4 months
How did aphrodite have the same situation with eros if she had Skye go down to persephone the queen of the underworld to get a box of her beauty to bring back
I dunnno
Eros and Psyche. She is talking about the forbidden love of Eros and psyche. She did not approve of her son marrying Psyche.
Wait this is really confusing Aphrodite did send Psyche to the underworld for persephone's beauty🙁🤯🤯🤯
