I had the same problem with that black diamond storm turns out if you push and hold both buttons for a couple seconds it locks button use but great tip on taking out a battery Try it out for your rechargabl headlight
@@mtn2coast_outdoors good detail and the light weight stuff is priceless. I would say carry a quickclot bandage and a couple tourniquets between you. Hope to never need that level of med kit, but between grizz country, and sharp stuff, could save a life.
I have a question . I'm totally into my Bakcou for hunting and 2 years in a row now have used it to get my elk out. I'm struggling with how to carry my bow while riding my bike. I've used my backpack but its kind of slow if you need to get it out in a hurry. Don't really want to use a handle bar mount with the fear of doing damage to my bars or my bow with the jarring. Any suggestions ? Thanks , Jack
I personally think you have to weigh what option fits you best. I’ve been running mine on my back pack just in case I crash, but I’ve been looking into a handle bar mount that a local vendor of Mine makes. I haven’t figured out a bullet proof method yet!

I went thru 3 lighters at altitude before Finally my stove lighter worked. Now I carry an electric lighter- they do not fail at high altitude.
Great pack breakdown ! I’m using same pack for backpack hunt this fall. I’m hoping to stay under 50 lbs with 4-5 days of food and water!
Good luck on your hunt! 👊🏻
Yeah i turn one battery around but all new every year
Great video.
Thanks Chris 👍
