What's also funny is how in the book, Snow's inner monologue is so critical of Arachne's funeral because she gets a huge, fancy procession that would normally be preserved for like, war heroes and stuff, but she gets this kind of funeral after fucking around and finding out with her tribute. Like ngl, I'd be kinda pressed too bc girl wth, you died because of your own stupidity?? 😭💀
I guess it’s a symbol to show how much worth a citizen of the Capitol is compared to a citizen of the districts. Arachne might have been a spoiled and reckless kid, but she was a somebody that was killed by a slave, which is a tragedy in the eyes of the Capitol.

I hope this did sufficiently well that maybe Suzanne might do one more...one of the other tributes closer to Katnisses timeline, like maybe that black dude that won like a year or 2 before.
