Jubilee bracelets are much more stunning than the dull factory bracelet IMO. I'm actually planning to purchase this exact same setup with the green face also.
The trick in the video really worked for me. My bracelet had horrendous play, but after taking normal straight thin spring bars and wrapping them in tape, the play is almost unnoticeable! Really saved the bracelet for me.
Strapcode bracelets are the first purchase I make after purchasing a new Seiko. Despite the perceived sound of the locking clasp the clasp is one of the most secure you can ask for. The one recommendation I can make is to "lock-tite" or dab a bit of nail polish on the threads of the screws when you add/remove links. I've had a screw back out on one of my many bracelets.
Just ordered and install. Using the straight spring bars (instead the curved spring ba ) come with the Strapcode bracelet will fix the end links issue, it perfectly secured.
Loved the video man. Recently picked up this beauty and love it. Only apprehension is I might mod the bracelet. I saw your jubilee bracelet and it really classed up the watch. The green is beautiful
Eh.. eventually I took the plunge and ordered the Strapcode Jubilee for my new Sports5 watch. I am "quite" happy but do not consider Strapcode a very good company because they simply send an SKX bracelet (don't even bother to remove the useless FAT straight spring bars) and simply include a pair of curved spring bars (to fit the S5) which, being THIN, cause a noticeable play in the end links (to which I see no solution). A serious company would have redesigned the end links. Their sale page for the Seiko5 Jubilee is also misleading because they say 'This item includes one pair of "Special curved" FAT spring bar' which is not true, since they are not FAT. Also - like you - I got some play in the safety clip on the clasp and additionally, my clasp does not always close by simply pushing down, I need to press the two buttons to close it. Finally :) I am not satisfied about how secure is the watch now, since using curved spring bars on a watch with straight holes makes them go in at an angle, which is not 100% reliable.
@@watchyouwant1617 Thank YOU for your video, at least I knew what to expect! Being quite finicky I have now removed the bracelet and the bars, wrapped a little electrician tape around and re-assembled it back. Now the play is almost unnoticeable and I am finally happy LOL.

Can I use this Strap for SKX 007 ?
&Captain America: yes, you can😊. Just check my other video: ua-cam.com/video/HJ40zZnZ_cQ/v-deo.html
Impressionnant
I will never trust strapcode straps again, for the money you pay, you expect premium bracelets. I have an skx013 bracelet from them, the endlink is too long for the lugs and protrudes out. They did not get a prototype made to test it seems and just went to production from a cad model.
Thanks for sharing your experiences!
$70 dollars for a bracelet and it has that much play! I'd be raging! Not acceptable!
Jubilee bracelets are pretty known for that.
@@sole__doubt Yep, I thought that's pretty much why you even get a jubilee.
uhhh thats the whole point of a jubilee bruh
You’d be raging over a watch bracelet? Maybe they need to increase your medication?
Yo necesito un reloj pequeño de 35mm
Christoph Waltz?!
@latuman: No, I‘m sorry for disappointing you😂
jubilee on 5kx ❤
guys anybody knows where to get the bracelet cheaper for this watch ? especially in eu, but all propositions will be appreciated
The seiko jubilee is like $40 no difference that much to a $80 strapcode
seiko jubilee has hollow end links...thats a huge difference
Is that Miltat Jubilee?
It’s sold by Strapcode and they say that it is a Strapcode bracelet, whoever the name on the rubber protection packaging says Miltat.
@@watchyouwant1617 You should buy Angus version of miltat's jubilee for high-end quality straps. IMO, it's Worth the price. 😁
