Приєднався 9 бер 2014
Here I present and review watches.
I renamed the channel from Whattobuy ? to watchyouwant?, because I realized that it's all about the watches we want and not about the watches we should buy because somebody is telling us to do so.
Thanks for watching!

So pity..the bezel is not ceramic?
@@indratan6304 yes, but why should it always be ceramic? Look at the Fifty Fathoms for example which also uses sapphire crystal. Personally I even like aluminum bezels the best because of the specific look. Inmho it‘s not about the material but the look
I was wondering about the distinction between this Ginza and the 1960, and it seems like it is just the laid-brick pattern on the Ginza's dial. Not sure if that small difference warrants an entirely different name and the elevated secondary-market cost.
Impressionnant
They cost close to 900 here in Canada.
buy 1 now....

I have many diver watches and want somthing different... This watch is very classy not flashy.... it also has that retro 60s// 70s / 80s japan working mans watch look. This video really helped me to decide thank you .. I'm now a subscriber.
@@MichaelSmith-cl1uo Thank you so much for your feedback and of course for subscribing. That means a lot to me. All the best
Beautiful collection
@@ikveersodhi8552 Thank you!
The thing with seiko is that you have to buy them in person in order to check for alignement and try and get a good one . The seconds hand of the tissot in this video doesn’t hit the markers correctly, falls in between. Yet again like seikos I always buy my quartz watches in person to make sure that seconds hand hits the markers precisely. ( if its a one tick per second quartz watch obviously) I agree with you on the sumo it’s a notch above in terms of quality and design .I specially like the blue with yellow seconds hand.
@@contrast1908 thanks for your comment. Much appreciated!
Looks like a quartz movment.

Have you watched the new TV show "Kaos" - a lot of the story is around the watch that Zeus wears - the Casio A159WGEA :)

@@darkbulbs It was a so called Bisonstrap 19mm from Amazon Germany
I still prefer my SNXS75 I think :)
#1661 here. Love mine. Immediately put it on a straphabit black tropic strap
who says that this watch is underrated? It is called Sinn with a Z
You can't compare Seiko to Oris. Your Oris could be defective, but overall, Oris delivers on quality, design, rigidity, and looks. Sell it, and you'll probably get your money back.
Everyone "wants" the new model. But the last time I checked Chrono24, the Series 11 was more expensive than the Series 12, despite both being brand new. I found this fact quite curious. Putting a 0 in front seems ridiculous to me. And abandoning the old case for the new one also seems like a step backward. I understand that the lume is better in the new one, but I love the shapes created at night by the triangle and the hands on the Series 11. If they don’t stop production of this version, the Series 11 will always be the first that came out. The price it had seems to me to be the most reasonable in the brand. And finally, I’ve never seen one on someone else’s wrist, and I doubt I ever will.
can I have a link to your green strap?
What's your wrist size?
@@zainub1600 7 inch wrist
This is a 4 year old video, but I have to ask, who manufactures the strap that you put on this watch? I just purchased one of these and don't like the dress strap it comes with. I'd also like to swap it out with a more casual, but quality leather strap.

lug to lug?
@@oguzuke6958 slightly under 44mm
Crown are better than Kamatzu breislet are circle not like be in bottle, Khano i don t understand ?
I really like the Sinn 903 but I just don’t believe it fits me or most people. The lugs clearly are not in contact with the wrist because the lateral curvature of the wrist prevents it. I know this is the “style” but I don’t understand why someone would consider this watch fitting the wrist. It just makes a larger piece of metal even less secure. Again everyone seemingly wants to believe this is a proper fit, but the emperor has no clothes. Until I found out how big it was I was planning on getting one because I have a friend in Frankfurt and thought the visit could culminate with a watch purchase, but not yet.
I bought two. Don't ask 😞
Shitters galore
Is it still working?
@@TechFreakMB runs perfectly fine. The Seiko movement is a work horse
I have tiny defects with watches all the way up to Rolex. With Seiko, I almost expect it. Doesn't stop me from owning a few. You will find something if you try to look. Some of you shine a torch onto the dial (one of my buddies lol)... and press it against your face... ofcourse you will find something...
Just last week my SLA047J1 arrived and am blown away by the quality and awesomeness of this watch. Definitely the best Seiko diver ever made .
@@1968jpy Awesome news! Wish you a lot of fun with this fantastic diver
Definitely loving it . Without a doubt the best watch I’ve ever owned 💯👍🏻
I've always been interested in the 104, but I went with the 556 A instead. Now that the 556 A is gone, I kind of want back in on Sinn and this would definitely be it. Do you still have this watch in your collection? My only issue is that I wish it had a longer power reserve... Great video btw!
Thank you very much for your feedback! Unfortunately I‘ve sold this watch in another (of course unsuccessful) attempt of consolidating my collection. It’s a wonderful watch and the power reserve has never been an issue to me. In the end a longer power reserve usually goes along with worse accuracy and if you have a larger collection they will stop running anyhow. You can’t go wrong with the 104. all the best
The crown should give a smooth, quiet fine clicks, shouldn't be this rough. According to other youtubers, your watch may not be authentic.
@@xiaogou3359 it was bought by an authorized Oris dealer son Germany
Awesome video and an amazing collection. The diversity in your collection is refreshing to see.
If you had bought it back then that is actually a good realisation for you mate... which also means that you have gotten wiser through your watch collection journey bro. This hobby... or illness... in my case I call it an addiction; teaches us a lotta things. IMHO - Great watches Needn't come with even Greater Price tags. 😉

I love Steinhart watches but that clasp has got to go !
I wish Steinhart had made the crystal more domed
i am gonna buy this one very soon !!
For a small wrister like me there is a substantial difference in the wearing experience between the stpk17, which is only 43 mm long with a lugless design and curved down case shape, and the citizen tzuyoza with its unarticulated end links. In terms of comfort, to me, there's no competition: the seiko wins easily.
I currently own a beautiful 41mm first-generation Seamaster 300. Should I keep it, or trade it in for a Speedmaster Racing with a white dial and 3304 movement?
I have one and, unfortunately, they changed the colour of the green bezel to a more matte, dark olive green, rather than the brighter kermit colour this example sports. Unfotunately, it ruins the watch for me.
Most people will never use the compass. And a lot of watch owners probably don’t know how to use one.
Love the Series 8 watches. Bought a 830 myslef. Amazing watches. True affordable luxury
I know the AirKing is a marmite watch and despite what people say about it especially rhe ref 116900, I do love mine and I actually bought mine after the 126900 was released, so I consciously chose the older one. Sure the lumed 369 is an improvement but I just love the elegant Milgauss case of the 116900 and also the 55-5 on the dial stay true to the dashboard instrument of the Bloodhound project car which was the original inspiration for the dial of this watch.
