I may be wrong, but I believe that the people who put this video together just wanted to show the band both backstage and performing, with snippets from several different shows - and songs. I don't think they tried to match the images with the sound, and didn't realize that the people watching it expect perfect sync. The other live video they released didn't have this problem.
