You couldn’t ask for a more thorough review! Great to see such a complete review on this coil. Looking forward to your videos of actual field use over the winter. I am going to buy this coil based on this review. Thanks again buddy and keep on swinging!
Good job. Teaches folk to use their ears to Listen, instead of just Hear. Tone quality is where it's at once the numbers disappear! Ignore the tones and leave the finds for others who take heed of them.
I have a few to mail out. All I have to do is throw a stamp on the envelopes and they should be on their way. Been busy the last two days and not able to get them out.
So that coil was made for under water thats why its heavyer to keep that coil on the bottom wile your diving and won't be as deep made for bottom of lakes sandy soil just saying remarkable it even get that deep in clay lol
I'm fairly new to detecting, so this seems pretty pathetic to me. No sound at 8.5-9" deep? What's up with that? How deep do other detectors, such as the AT Max, detect with consistency? Your other video with the SP24 coil, which I thought would provide more depth, is even worse than this. I have both the AT Max and the Simplex, and have fallen in love with how the Simplex feels and sounds moreso than the AT Max, but these two videos are making me want to sell the Simplex.
You’ll make a grave mistake. This is a “more real than air test” test on the coils, but is not a true test. If you have watched other videos I have released with either of these two coils, you’ll learn that one can pick up deeper targets with these coils. And I will say that the Simplex performs better than the Garrett AT Pro. I know that because I’ve tested both, but not on video. Don’t underestimate the Simplex. It’s in a class all it’s own and shines.
Typically the wider the coil the deeper they go but deeper coils are tough to use with trashy areas. The sp22 and sp24 are not made for depth... Get an sp35 and you will go deep...
Good morning. 😊 Great test demo.
The bucket test is my favorite test for detectors and coils. Very good test my friend. Thanks for sharing.😎⛏⛏🔥🔥
Great testing setup to form a excellent idea of functionality.

You said you won't get a coin more than 7 in with that coil in what quality dirt
my dirt is red clay. That coil has never picked up a coin deeper than 8 inches for me.
