Where did you hear ford is not making any more combustion engines for Shelby ? There making the new Shelby S650 with the 7.3 Godzilla motor.

I just got mine last Monday. Daily driver since. 2013 with 1700 miles at the time of delivery.

That's the transmission oil cooler infront up top of the radiator, the oil cooler is on the driverside below next to the fog light.
