This is definitely disco, it has the classic 70s string sound even. There could sometimes be jazzy touches to disco. The soulful part of the vocal is largely on the slowed down section, but strong melody. This, Lithuania and Iceland are all classy.
Disko means a discotheque, and the band is performing there when the singer spots his crush dancing and then leaving the club with another bloke. Obviously, he's heartbroken...
Disko is my top 3. I really like it a lot because music components (chords and transitions) are great, the vocal is on point, the vibe is right (even the lyrics are about the break up as you saw in the graphics), is in native language, and was written by the teenagers who love to do music.
