This will kill any person inside car or touching the car if there's even slight leak.
I won't recommend this. And this video shows an image where Phase is shorted to Earth which is deadly.
But if you short Earth and Neutral, this will kill someone only in two cases.
1) As long as RCCB is not provided in the whole circuit.
2) if he is getting shock from phase to vehicle body.
Instead of loose wires, 3, use cable that has 3 wires.. and is plastic coated..
Please don’t follow this method. If there is any leakage in the inbuilt car charger( I know a case where there was leakage in car during rainy season and charger was giving alarm) this method will kill the person who touch the car.

Bhai bhool ke bhi ye nhi karna , Neutral aur earthing me fark hota hai... Neutral me 12 Volte aate hai normally kabhi bhi.. aur earth me 0 volte hota hai... apni car me aag lagane ho tabhi ye harkate kariyo..

If you connect neutral one in line whole car will give bijli ka jhatka so test with tester to place phase in phase and neutral in neutral

Once you connect the neutral to the ground, you could shock yourself or others upon touching the metal case. This is because the metal case is connected to the ground. So, if the neutral or live wire is connected to the ground, the ground will become a live wire and create a dangerous situation

Abe tu akhir me to ghar me hi connect kar rha hai na jaha grounding nai hai. Wire short karke sirf tune car ke charger to bewakoof bana dia ki earthing hai. Battery kharab ho jayegi is se at best and jal jayegi at worst

Actually if you watch closely you will find that he has connected the ohase to earth. The switch is generally on the phase. And the red wires dint have a 3 pin plug. Any phase interchange and phase goes to earth.... Short circuit. Most foolish video. Most dangerous

Agency wale pagal hai, jab charger hi single phase ka hai toh 3 connection kyu chaiye. Single phase connection par load 5kw se zyada ho toh koi issue nahi, and meter se direct wire dalo 6mm ki kam se kam. Proper earthing k sath. Koi dikat nhi aaigi
