Those are how they came stock in Japan. I hate the look of the US bug eyes. The car was designed to have those black ones not the shity ones in the states

Man this is the cleanest car I ever seen, look brand new! Funny things it has 04/05 tail lights, sides skirt and hood scoop and 06/07 rear diffuser.
do the 04-05 hood scoops fit on normal 2003 wrx's? i really wanna do the swap but i wasn't sure if i need a different hood

go to ebay and buy your Subie parts, no middleman, and the parts come right from the manufacturer for a fraction of retail price at least in the states..

This would look infinitely better with 03-05 or 06/07 headlights. But rest of car is super clean for its age!

@@coopsnz1 25k hahahahahahaha for a 2002 good condition car? you can give 10k more 35 grand total and buy 2019 subaru sti premium package... in my country these cars are selled around 8-9 grand (but ofc not in that condition) so i give 5k more max total 13k !!

If your motor sounds ticky to the human ear (not through a camera) then you have a problem. If it sounds ticky through the camera then chances are you do not have a problem because depending on the type of mic on your camera will depend on the noise because 95% of mic's on cameras make all engines sound crap.

Zerofightervi I believe it is the date for when it was registered in japan. My MY00 GC8 STI had a July 24 2000 sticker on it.

My UK Prodrive edition had this same wheel, think the 3 spoke wheel only came on on the blob eye onwards.

Anyone watching this know what kind of hooscoop this is? I know 04+ WRX STI scoops don't fit the 01-03 WRX hood and I bought an ebay one that does but it doesn't look like it's supposed to be there. Where as this is the one I have been looking for and need all the help I can get.

Why not? I was under the impression you could import any car into Australia without limitations as long as you pay the taxes and have legal modifications.

You're better off finding a limited edition STi in a country that's already LHD. Nobody would bother importing a LHD Impreza back into Japan where the cars are made and are available everywhere.

All the youngsters abusing this car isint fair, then when you tell em that the car is only worth for parts they start swearing, showing exactly how their character is and how they abused they car.

Man the owner ruined it, It's missing that SICK Impreza boxer sound, butcause thats the 2.5L JDM engine, it's connected to aan exhaust header with 2x2 equal length header pipes. If you wanna turn the 2.5 back into the normal beautiful burbling sounding impreza, just replace the header with one that has 4 feed pipes coing fro the header that rin 4 different lengths... perfect car. No equal
