Virtual Voices of the Game: Larry Lester

Join us for Virtual Voices of the Game with esteemed baseball historian and author Larry Lester. He will unveil the history of the Negro Leagues all-star game, known as the East-West Classic, which is serving as the basis for the Hall of Fame’s East-West Classic. He is the author of the book, Black Baseball's National Showcase: The East-West All-Star Game, 1933 to 1962. Larry will also discuss some of his interviews with Black baseball stars as part of the Hall of Fame’s Black Baseball Initiative.
