Thank you so much for this video! It is very helpful. In the video it says that there is about 12 minutes for the photo to engrave. It starts engraving and then wasn't dark enough (?) and then it takes 15 minutes and you say it is dark enough now. What did you change your settings to? Thank you!

What laser do you have? If you have a Glowforge, Glowforge is a CO2 printer so you would choose that option.

ImagR does not have the grayscale option anymore. Do you have any other suggestions?

No, it only shows when you import specific images and select certain options.
