yes, it is not easy, but you are not a common man. You do things that would be impossible for people half your age, and you do it with a smile. This one we love you. Take care of yourself and have a good time
Tack Yrvind, önskar dig goda vindar och säker hemkomst! I have followed Yrvind and read his thougthful stories (silently) ever since he build Exlex 4.45 m, for the race around the world, which luckily never took place. It is now years ago and ever since I have been drawing my own small boat. Changing plans at least as often as Sven have. Now I study the 8 m long canoe shape, just like Yrvind started. But my biggest head ache are small, simple and strong "wing sails", to increase just a bit speed to pierce the waves and get away from storms... Well, I am only 61 by age, so I have time to figure it out and maybe I build my boat... Well, with great respect, I wish Sven Yrvind a pleasant trip and safe return. Henrik, Lisboa - Portugal.
Hey, Sven! With a covered foot, I think, your handholds could look really elegant! 🥰 But for the next video, maybe you could hold the camera horizontal. So the picture on my screen would be much bigger! 😉 Success, and happy sailing! 😎👍
I'm not sure I'd want to spend weeks at sea in a space like that but I think coastal cruising it would be more than adequate. I don't understand why many people think standing headroom is so important. Where are you going to walk to? You can stand in the hatch with unlimited headroom.
