@@arlethacosta3574 Just for a minute like you would expect if someone hit you with a book. But no not bad. I felt so relieved that it was gone it literally goes away almost instantly. It's almost like a gel or something in there and when you hit it it breaks the sac and goes back to where it came from. Mine i had for months and it always was slightly irritating like a mild sprained wrist. Some people don't believe it works but i can truly say it did for me. I had to do it a couple times because i didn't hit it hard enough at first i kind of was being a wuss about it. And then i said alright im just gonna go for it and really smacked it hard. And it was gone and the pain and bump from the cyst was gone instantly.
I also want to mention that i had a ganglion cyst on my other wrist years before this when i was in high school. I didn't know about the bible method back then or probably didn't believe it either, i don't remember. But anyway i had that one surgically removed and i had to wear a brace for months. The recovery process was definitely not worth it. I had to wear that stupid brace 24/7 and then slowly rehabilitate my wrist. You lose a lot of strength and have to regain it over time. If i ever get another one im gonna smack it again. I know what causes them too it's because of a sprain or slight tear in tendons of your wrist. My first one i got when i was playing football and landed on my wrist and i guess it just didn't heal right. I had that cyst for about a year before i had it removed.
@Kokichi_X -A- Is it on the top of your wrist? Is it kind of sore when you push on it? That's how mine was. Im not a doctor so what you want at your own risk. For me i knew exactly what it was because i'd had one before.

try eating ripe Pineapple - my Synovial Cyst reduced by half overnight
have had a Synovial Cyst on my wrist for about 10 years , it is escaped Synovial fluid from the joint - same as Baker's Knee
the one on my wrist disappeared a few months ago after spending the day moving heavy furniture - helping a house move
- but it came back about two months later
the Synovial Cyst on my wrist is normally quite high and very hard - but today it is much flatter and softer
- yesterday i ate a bit more Vitamin C than usual half an Orange some Lemon etc & a big chunk of very ripe Pineapple
the other thing i had yesterday that i don't normally eat was a small spoonful of Marmite in a Chilli con Carne
i recently realised i have a B deficiency - fatigue , dizziness etc - so i need the extra B Vitamins
it could be the B Vitamins & Probiotics in the Marmite that helped reduce the cyst
B Vitamins can work wonders & help blood flow & Pineapples can help absorb protein and clear excess body protein
- so maybe B & C Vitamins & ripe Pineapple is a way of reducing these Synovial Cysts - worth a try
should also add that Marmite is High in Zinc too , so it could be the Zinc & Vitamin C and B Vitamins combo that did it
plus i saw someone say their cyst disappeared after drinking Alma Indian Gooseberry Juice with Water
an Alma Gooseberry is Very High in Vitamin C - apparently 20 times higher Vitamin C than an Orange

hey guys. don’t hit your cysts. it causes more pain and possibly broken bones. if you need it removed, go to a doctor.
I hit mine and it went away. Felt like a normal wrist within minutes. The soreness completely went away that always felt like a sprained wrist. I will do the same thing again if it ever comes back. Screw that surgery shit. I had that done on my other wrist when i was a teenager. I had to wear a wrist brace and do physical therapy for 2 months to get my strength back. And i have a scar there now.
It’s not that easy getting it removed medically, getting rid of it yourself is easier
@@AchillesWrath1 I’m so tempted to do this
Be careful slamming blood vessel or veins
Cant hear a thing
I am having one on right wrist for around 10 years with slow growth. Recent Xray find calcification in the cyst. what is it mean?

Mine hurts
I have one on my wrist, I took my phone and decided to hit it like a hammer a couple of times and it’s gone. 👍🏽
Well poop. Mine is incredibly painful. I want it removed but your telling me it might come back no matter what I do. That sucks lol
Yup my sisters came back twice sorry:( We do be unlucky though
I had my surgical removed in 2013, and mine never came back. My surgeon informed me he removed the root with it, so that may be why.
Interesting, nice video
i have to
Guys what could cause this???

Torn ligament and it doesn't heal properly. I got mine playing sports. First time was from landing on my wrist playing football. Second one i don't remember but probably something similar.
Try to play football if u r a ganglion cryst patient because i get a great output
Most people just smack em real hard and tbey usually go away
worked for me
AchillesWrath1 did It hurt?
I just popped mine 2 mins ago 😢 mine was big big
hahahaha how did it go?
How is it now?
ahhhh its inside of my index finger on the joint and it hurts sooo badddd. it aint big tho, only the size of a bb
How is it now, after a year? Was it hard like a little bone, or more like squishy? I got something like, little hard ball, on my middle finger, in the place where the finger is connected to the hand to be more exact. I'm a bit nervous about it :PP
I had 2 shots
How to cute in without operation

Once upon a time, I was a boy in high school. I had the same problem. But by bending my wrist and tighting it with a wristwatch, i got rid of it. I have not had such a problem since then.
