Absolutely right choices but when it comes to Delta,the holy trinity that got me into hillclimb among this wild bunch are Pailer’s and Giuliani’s Integrale units and Ianiello’s S4.

That sound on deceleration is actually backed up boost pressure escaping through the turbo compressor wheel when the throttle plate is suddenly closed, because it then has nowhere else to go. Wastegates only open on acceleration once the maximum set boost is approached, which may at most affect the exhaust note.
@@TheWholeGrainBread_RealThe sound of the backed up boost pressure escaping either through a blow off valve or through the turbo's compressor if no blow off valve used is very similar. Most turbo cars competing in hillclimbs and rally events don't use a blow off valve, believing it causes slightly more turbo lag. I run one on my street car since it's supposed to cause less wear on the turbo.
Anyone else get the feeling lancia had an off day in the ‘looks department ‘ with the S4 ? Maybe it was flairs , tashes , brown velour pvc interiors that put them in a weird zone .😂
LaSupra ist schon echt abnormal und hat in dieser Liste eigentlich nichts verloren. Die Ikonen bis zur Lächerlichkeit zerschnitten und entstellt. Norbert hat sich da noch echt zusammengerissen und sehr lange die reine Gr.A genutzt, was meinen größten Respekt zollt. Es macht doch überhaupt keinen Sinn einen integrale Evo herzunehmen, wenn man den sowieso bis zur unkenntlichkeit verbaut. Dann kann man auch deutlich günstigere und fortgeschrittenere Fahrzeuge nehmen. Der integrale lebt von der Geschichte und der unvergleichlichen Formensprache. Ich wenn ich mich an die 90er und frühen 2000er erinnere war vieles noch besser, die Fahrzeuge ehrlicher. DTM Renner mit 2,5er16V, integrale Evo Gr.A in reinform, etc. Ein Glück bin ich alt genug um nicht nur auf Spektakel reinzufallen, sondern auch Authentizität zu schätzen.

It was sold in 2019. It´s in France right now. Did some testing but never raced again... we´ll see what the future holds..
