As you have shown parallel connections of NO and NC push buttons, if we press start push button even after pressing emergency push button then the conveyor will go ON, until we hold it.

there's an error in your schemtics you should connect the wire coming from emergency stop in NO in the contactor not in the NC

Is it correct connection if you turn it on the circuit breaker the contactor coil will automaticaly ON and OFF ?

No, when you press start button, the conveyor will run. If you press any emergency switch or Stop button, conveyor will stop.

Yes that is the purpose but review the connection in NC contactor coil
