Seriously now, Scrubs has made a huge impact in many lives from all over the world. For me personally, Bob Kelso was the guy who influenced me the most into taking some of the greatest desicions in my life.. But I want to point out something that Bill said. If you make a reboot, in any form, don't do it for money, do it for you, in order to enjoy it, and also for us who support you and even after 9.5 years have passed since the REAL ending of the show we still cheer for you and watch the show again and again! The guy who mercilessly mocked his handicapped wife without a drop of guilt.
The guy who turned his attorney into his whipping boy for so many years that the guy basically tried to commit suicide.
Don't get me wrong, he was and still is my favorite character, but the last thing Bob Kelso should be considered is an influencer.
Yes Kelso did do all of that BUT in his defense he has had many iconic and influencing moments. Some of my favorite quotes on the show are said by Kelso. All of the characters have left an influence on me, including Kelso.

I love Scrubs! You cannot "reboot" Scrubs. They tried it--it was called season 9 and it was shameful. Scrubs was done absolutely right the first time. To get a new group of people who work that well together and play such compelling characters is extremely rare.

As a media / tv-guy myself, I would love to see the "No asshole policy" implemented on every damn set, studio, station and event I go. Seriously, if I ever be in charge of anything, I will steal that concept. It seems so obious.
