If you have Bardock DNA in yourself at least 15%. Having good relationship between Father and son is a Joke
Ok you might want me to explain “why 15%?”
Well Cell DNA is include 5 fighters including Goku which made his DNA is about 20% or if you prefer A.16 statement it could be 15%. Which we both know that he got all from Goku making him having that 50% between Bardock and Gine
Cell jr. should have 50% of bardock in those 15% of his DNA since Cell is just reproduce him with asexual method.
Goku and Raditz have 50% of Bardock DNA due to being his sons
Gohan and Goten might have around 1-25% since DNA is pretty much random so it might have a chance that it have more Gine DNA part than Bardock. For Gohan he have a terribly bad luck, for Goten he is lucky that he only got Bardock look.
Pan have only 1-12.5% which completely have 0% chance from having bad relationship with father.
Now I’m starting to question myself why do I make this nonsense analysis...

If you look at the Cell Saga and analyze Perfect Cell, you'll notice Cell making the same mistakes made by the Z-Fighters. That was a major theme in the Cell Saga.
Vegeta could have killed Cell but got cocky and allowed Cell to reach his perfect form. Cell later does the same thing and makes Gohan transform.
Trunks used the buff SSJ Grade 3 transformation and couldn't touch Cell due to speed problems caused by increased muscle mass. Cell tells Trunks in his face that it is a flawed transformation. But against his fight with SSJ2 Gohan, Cell uses the buff form-out of desperation-despite subconsiously knowing it's incredibly flawed.

Honestly, I thought Jr. was going to recite dark poetry to the Sibaman to depress it so bad that it’s crushed by it. What he actually did was way better tbh.
In all honesty, I thought they'd both bond over kicking Yamcha's ass. Cell Jr breaks Yamcha's arms and the Saibamen blows up Yamcha and puts him out of his misery. Maybe a future episode?
It looks like Cell really does have Goku's cells. Anything about bonding time is a no and anything about training is a hell yes lol. Love the work Artemis and can't wait to see more no matter how long it takes.

Not gonna lie loved how cell jr. looked in the thumbnail, thought he was gonna discover that he enjoyed bloodshed or he was gonna start a training arc where he would be gone around the world only to show up and save everyone like a badass mabey getting over his depression during the training arc and pulling a gohan were he would turn out to be stronger than his father.

I still think his first form was pretty epic but I have an appreciation for the character I didn’t have. Apparently the cell juniors survived even to Dragon Ball Super and guard the island that 17 does. Though sadly they are quite weak. Still a neat little callback.
