আপুনি কোৱা খিনি বাইদেউ মই সদাই কৰোঁ। মই সদায় জীৰা পানী খাওঁ পুৱাই, তাৰ পাছত Almond, kismis আৰু গজি মগু খাও। সদায় এইয়া মোৰ ৰুটিন । ময় দিনৰ ৮ ঘণ্টা খাই ১৬ ঘণ্টা পানী খাই কতাও। মোক সকলোৱে হাঁহে সেইবাবে। দিনৰ ৫ বজাত খোৱা শেষ কৰোঁ। মই ৰাতি পানীৰ বাহিৰে একো নাখাও
