Love the videos guys! But what do you recommend to drink there if you don’t like coffee? Can’t wait to see what y’all find. 👍🏻
Juices! Lots of fresh juice to go around!
There’s mountain tea
Its crazy when ppl still asking is albania safe..Albania always have been safe, cuz Albanians are chill and peaceful people
Yes, we’ve felt very safe and welcomed!
Especially by people living in a land when everyone has a gun and can just like this going to a mall and killing tens of people. Embarrassing for them!
You two are soooo adorable! We can’t wait to get to Albania! Thanks for the fun overview!
You’re very welcome! You guys are going to have a blast! 😀
Loved the journey . Lovely duo 🫶🏻.
🇦🇱❤️🇺🇸
Thank you 🙏
Good job guys
Thank you! And thanks for watching! 😊
Americans still get 1 year. They changed the law back some time ago.
Thanks for letting us know! Safe travels 😀
Great information guys. Do you tip in restaurants?
Yeah, typically 10%
Am I hearing a Texas accent?
The sweet spot in Albania is hit when you actually know people long term and you see their kindness, they treat you like family and feel the love.
I understand you guys want to explore more countries, hope you get to visit back one day.
Yes, you heard it right!
I love that! We’ve made some great connections while we’ve been here ❤️
Hello, I am in contact with Expats in Tirana, Albania and they tell me in 2024 if from the USA, we can still stay 12 months in Albania without Visa. But only 3 months for some other countries.
Thanks Monte!

Laney is so sweet...
♥️🥰♥️ thank you!
Next destination?
I live in Greece, and really intend to go to Albania one of these days. I would like to know what it’s like in the spring time there, I’ve heard that during the summer it’s beautiful and nowhere near as touristy as Greece. Although where I live, it’s not really a touristy place anyway.
That's awesome! Greece was one of the first places that we visited. We were in Albania from August - November the weather was very warm. We will be visiting again this Spring. I believe it'll be between 60-70 F.
Lovely couple !
If you want to cross the road in Albania in the future,do it Albanian way
Just start crossing the road and the drivers will stop for you 😀
It took us a few weeks but we figured it out 🏃♂️💨
We are coming back to Tirana in a few weeks. We’re going to do a 4-5 day roadtrip going through the country 😀
Where are you going next?
Stay tuned 😉
@mikeandlaney ahhh the unknown is killing me lol 😆
@@brooklynmusick464 😂 We’ll be in Albania for at least a few more weeks, but then we’ll be heading to another country not too far away!
I heard you should not drink the water in Albania. Did you have any problems with that or any solutions?
I’ve heard similar things
We don’t drink the tap water but it’s fine to brush your teeth with
Is it called Bolt taxi?
It’s called Patako. But there are a few other taxi services as well.
@@mikeandlaneyi used taxi lux but they prefer you to call or Whatsapp call them. They have some major discounts and theyre electric but they may have tried market penetration this summer.
Is it like Ivory Coast where they think Americans only drink coke and French fries?
I mean… can you go wrong with french fries and coke? 🍟🥤
Eating out is nice, but you do get to inspect the cleanliness of kitchens. That's the only drawback. One has to get food poisoning once to ruin your experience. Hope this never happens to you, but you should be aware of the possibility. 😢
I don’t know if I want to know what’s going on in the kitchen 😅
eh good luck but maybe it may get boring after a while + the mafia there is dangerous?? Albania seems a little similar to my country bulgaria though i'm jealous they have slightly better/hotter weather.
From what we've seen, there are plenty of cool things to do throughout the country. We haven't dealt with any mafioso 😀
Italy is famous for the “mafia” but yet millions of tourists still go there every year.
Yet another person that gets their opinion formed from gossip and has not been to the country or know someone who’s actually been there.
@@User12345fan Then Don't go film your vlog in Lazarat
I thought US citizens can stay 1 year, I think they changed it back.
Yes, it is back to one year!
You guys have a nice southern accent.
Why thank you 🤠
💗💗💗💗💗
Thanks for watching! :)
