Hi,super easy free way to get rid of pigeons and it works wonders. pigeons can't stand loud notices and sudden movement, get a large stainless steel pot and large spoon and make a racket, grand ma's way. They are stubborn so keep at it until they get the message took me 2 days. and cost me nothing but my time, believe me pigeons just can't stand loud noise. Ron
These flat spikes will not work on the rails of your balcony. I've had experiences with pigeons. The pigeons will just fly over the balcony rails, land onto your balcony, and defecate all over it. Best way is to get a water hose, with a strong nozzle, and spray them every time you see them. If not a water hose, a pot of water and just throw the water on them. Also, someone is feeding the pigeons. Be it someone in your home, a neighbor, a passerby, someone is feeding them. Pigeons nest near their food sources. If it is a neighbor, POLITELY ask them to stop feeding them. There's a time and place for everything, and pigeons can be fed in a park.
