This is so cool a built in pool with a deck for Budgies!!!! It’s hilarious watching them use it !!!! I have got to make one of these for my little guy because he only takes a bath in my hands 😂
Great info!! I just made one! But the difference in mine is I bought a tray with a blue top that snaps off. I glued all the sticks to the top instead of the tray. That way, I could just pick up the inner tray when the water needed changing without having to take the entire thing out, clean it and put fresh water in. I put the blue top in because I wanted to simulate color in the water. However, any light blue paper will do so they can catch a glimpse of their reflections.

He might be telling you that he wants a bath more often. Some birds like to bathe everyday...some every other day... One week isn't bad...but two weeks is a bit long. These little birds are fun! I am loving my little gal! 🐤

It sounds like you need to take them to an avian vet. Its not as expensive as I thought it would be. My little bird got sick right before Christmas. The cost was $102.00 with the medicine....and that was an emergency visit...and it was the first time we were there.
I have 2 females, young. I rescued them from a couple who moved 1,000 miles and just left them. They don’t like to bathe. They don’t much care for anything to do. It’s been a month and they just sit. I feel badly but I am lost as to what to do😢
