      It can if it forms repeat scabs. An example is my father had an ulcer on his shin which took 10 months to heal, it was pyoderma gangroseum, and formed a large scab afterwards. That place is hairless now.

    Agree with everything except dermarolling until pinpoint bleeding. You absolutely do not need to see any blood whatsoever to achieve good results from dermarolling.

      Hey there! 👋 So glad you're embracing natural solutions for hair healing. I totally agree that dermarolling can be powerful, but I myself prefer not to allow any pinpoint bleeding - you can still get amazing results without it! ✨ Our bodies can do impressive things when given the right tools, and science has indeed shown rosemary oil to stimulate the scalp.
      I'd like to suggest a product I personally use - my own brand's super roots hair oil, available at thereisbia.com. And, when it comes to dermarolling, I stand by a gentle approach using a 1.5mm roller to stimulate without causing damage. Remember, this journey is all about nurturing your body. 😊

    If the recommendation is not to cause pinpoint bleeding / erythema, then why would needle length even matter if there is a limit to how far the needles should puncture into the skin? If you use 1.0mm or 3.0mm at the same depth, why not just use a needle length (say 0.5mm) that you can use maximum pressure and won't cause bleeding?

      Hi there! Thanks for checking out my channel. That's great that you got a dermaroller - they can be really helpful for a lot of different hair, skin, and scalp issues. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with dandruff - that can be really frustrating.
      I'm a big believer in using natural remedies for hair and scalp issues like dandruff, so I'd recommend looking into some natural solutions before using a dermaroller. There are lots of natural ingredients that can help with dandruff, including tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar, and neem oil. You can also try using a gentle, natural shampoo and conditioner to help with dandruff.
      If you want to use a dermaroller to help with dandruff, I'd recommend using a 1.5mm dermaroller, as this is the optimal size for scalp treatment. It's also important to make sure that you use a quality dermaroller, with a stainless steel head and medical-grade needles. I sell high-quality dermarollers on my website, www.thereisbia.com, if you're interested in giving that a try.
      I hope this helps!

      @ImaneBelle  5 місяців тому +4

      Yes, absolutely! Hair loss is something that affects both genders, and is an issue many people experience. My own experience with hair loss started when I was in my early twenties and it was very distressing for me. I took a holistic approach to treating my hair loss and found that it was very effective.
      I'd definitely recommend that your boyfriend try some of the natural remedies that I've used. A great place to start is by using a 1.5mm dermaroller, as it can help with increasing circulation and stimulating hair growth.
      Also, there are some excellent natural hair loss products available on the market such as those offered by www.thereisbia.com that could be a great option for him.
      I hope this advice helps your boyfriend find a solution that works for him!

    How long after derma rolling should I apply hair oil? Wouldn’t it penetrate into the scalp?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  5 місяців тому +3

      Hi there! It's great to hear that you're looking into derma rolling as a way to fight female hair loss naturally and holistically. Applying hair oil after derma rolling is a great idea, as derma rolling helps open up the skin and allow the hair oil to penetrate into the scalp even more deeply. I recommend waiting at least 15 minutes after derma rolling before you apply the oil. You can use an oil from our shop at www.thereisbia.com, which contains natural ingredients that have been scientifically proven to help fight hair loss. Hope this helps - best of luck with your journey!

      Thanks for your questions! All great questions.
      When it comes to using a derma roller, it is important to replace your roller after 5-7 uses or if you notice any damage to it.
      Once you see blood coming out, it's important to stop rolling. This means you have achieved the desired depth and continuing to roll may cause unnecessary trauma to the skin.
      Yes, absolutely! Derma rollers can be used to help with thinning hair and hair loss. The 1.5mm derma roller is the ideal size for stimulating hair growth because it helps stimulate blood flow to the scalp, creating the perfect environment for hair growth.
      At There Is Bia, we offer a holistic approach to hair loss. We recommend natural remedies such as vitamins and minerals, healthy eating habits, and 1.5mm derma rollers to help you get back your hairline with baby hairs. Our products can help you get the best results and take your hair care routine to the next level.

    Do we need to always wash hair for using these?? I have serious dandruff. I have hypothyroidism and winters now here, so these are not going sometime now(i feel so) . I also am using medicated shampoos for that!! How do i use it then??

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  6 місяців тому +1

      I understand how frustrating it can be to struggle with dandruff and hypothyroidism, and the colder weather can make it worse. It is important to make sure you are washing your hair regularly, but not too often as this can strip away the natural oils and cause further damage.
      I recommend using natural remedies like apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil mixed with a mild shampoo to help reduce dandruff. Additionally, a 1.5mm dermaroller helps to stimulate hair follicles and increase the circulation in your scalp, which can help with hair loss and dandruff.
      At ThereIsBia, we offer natural remedies and products to help fight female hair loss holistically. Our products are specifically designed to help balance hormones, nourish the scalp, and promote hair growth. We also have products created specifically to reduce dandruff and itching.
      I hope this helps, and please reach out if you have any other questions.

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  6 місяців тому +3

      Hi there!
      I understand your concern about cleaning with water and feeling pain after use. When it comes to cleaning, it is always best to use alcohol to ensure that the area is properly sterilized. This is especially important when dealing with hair loss, as you want to make sure that you are not introducing any bacteria that can further aggravate the issue. As for the pain you are feeling, this is normal after using a 1.5 mm dermaroller. It is a great tool to help promote hair growth, but it can cause a bit of discomfort.
      If you're looking for natural ways to fight female hair loss, I highly recommend using products that are free from harsh chemicals. I especially love the products from www.thereisbia.com. They have a wide variety of natural remedies that really help to promote healthy hair growth. Additionally, I recommend taking a holistic approach to fighting hair loss. This includes eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough rest.
      I hope this helps!

      I totally understand your frustration! I've personally struggled with female hair loss for years and I've tried a lot of different methods. I found that using a very small 1.5mm dermaroller is the best way to get great results without damaging my hair. It's important to use a light hand and roll in small sections, taking your time. I also found that it's best to focus on the scalp and not the actual strands of hair as this can help reduce the risk of getting the dermaroller stuck.
      I also recommend using natural remedies and products to help nourish your scalp and hair. At www.thereisbia.com, we've developed a natural and holistic approach to fighting female hair loss with a range of products specifically designed to help grow healthy hair. Feel free to check it out and let me know if you have any questions. I'm happy to help.

    Why should we roll until blood comes out? Isn't that harmful?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  6 місяців тому +3

      Hey there! I'm glad you asked! Rolling until blood comes out is a practice that is becoming more and more popular in order to stimulate hair growth naturally and holistically. It's important to remember that it should be done with a 1.5mm dermaroller and should be done with caution. Rolling until blood comes out may sound alarming but it actually helps to stimulate the scalp and encourages the production of new hair follicles. Research has shown that this helps to promote healthier hair growth, and can even help to reduce hair loss.
      At the same time, it's important to remember that this should be done with caution and that it should be done in combination with other holistic treatments such as diet and lifestyle changes, natural remedies, and products specifically designed to support healthy hair growth.
      At There Is Bia, we offer a range of natural, holistic, and vegan-friendly products designed to promote healthier hair growth. Our products are made with natural ingredients and are designed to nourish the scalp and encourage healthier hair growth.

      Absolutely! Washing your hair after using the 1.5mm dermaroller is actually very important for maintaining healthy, strong hair. It helps to remove any dirt, oil, and bacteria that may have been trapped under the skin during the dermarolling process. This helps keep your scalp and hair follicles healthy. Plus, washing your hair helps to remove any excess product that was used before and after the dermarolling treatment. I found that using natural, organic products designed specifically for hair loss and scalp health, like those from www.thereisbia.com, helps to keep my hair looking and feeling its best. I recommend using a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, and then following up with a deep conditioning treatment 1-2 times a week.
