I would advice people to oil massage their hair twice a week. In India we've been practicing it fir centuries and you see there are people here who have dark and thick healthy hair . Moreover focus more on your diet, no matter what shampoo or anything you use on your hairs, if you eat unhealthy processed foods you'll surely loose your health
