Surtr s3: hard to kill, wallhacking, aoe dps. Omertosa s2: squishy but redeploys fast, debuffs enemy res to the benefit of all your arts dps, single target dps.
There's alot of factors that weren't taken into consideration one of which was redeploy time, range and all those shenanigans so it's a relatively very bad comparison to be fair.

You're also completely overlooking how much of a damage sponge Surtr becomes. In situations in which you can't just make some other operator tank, Surtr is better. Imo that makes them well balanced around one another.

But i know this video is for comparising dps, so surtr definitly won because she is a guard a class that specialized for high def/res enemies, when specialist like texas is for general use. But i'm more interested in texas s3 rather than her s2.

@@404User-Not-Foundyes because dps is measured from damage over time.. obviously surtr huge redeploy time is disadvantageous.. u can cope but its the truth.. any texas alter owner with m3 and module knows this fact.. like texalter is 16sec redeploy with this time.. s3 also has stun and during the period of just a few second is enough to dish out 75% of its full duration damage.. like it dont matter how tanky surtr is she not gonna tank that long enough to deal enough damage before she melts as content is becoming more difficult.. as he said u can literally redeploy texalter 4 times for the same duration and that's just way more damage in total.
