How can i recover quicker? i smashed my back and arms and i literally can’t straighten my arms out for two days now and its painful to do my cardio running. Also just because i want someone to celebrate with i’ve dropped from 22% bodyfat to 17% in 4 months from you guys! trying to aim for 12% to get my abs out by october. Thanks A lot For Everything! Keep it up guys.

It's not great for your knees to lock them when doing things like squats, but softening your knees makes you more grounded & makes you engage your core to stop you from rocking.

I do have a question, what protein powder/supplements would you suggest? I already take a multivitamin and my omegas.

#Jay: There are a few factors needed in exercises for developing 6 packs quickly. One resource I discovered that successfully combines these is the Toms Magic Shortcut (check it out on google) without a doubt the most useful blueprint that I have ever seen. look at all the unbelievable info .

is this more of a quick routine for your "off days" rather than your actual routine? what would your personal shoulder/arm routine be, at full capacity? cheers

Hey guys! Might sounds random but John, could it be possible that you were in North of France, near Lille, at Domyos sport center? Thought, I saw a guy that just looked like you! If not, well,...sorry!

How much weight is this in pounds? I have a bow flex machine (old one) but the cables are not long enough to do exercises while standing. I need to get free weights for this. These are harder than they look! Great job Leon! (and John)
