Everest but due to Covid the concert was canceled. In the live streaming concert *Saiki* address the fans and said how much *BAND-MAID* missed performing live to their *Masters and Princesses* and was followed up with this song that *BAND-MAID* has made for their fans. 🐦
"About Us", in the vein of other great mid-tempo Band-Maid songs like Daydreaming, Anemone, Endless Story, PAGE, Wonderland, Awkward, Start Over, Mirage and Smile, is an amazing song and personal message to their fans - a direction I'm glad to see them add to their journey toward world domination. And we get to hear MISA play the vibe she so enjoys. Their new, beautiful DVD/BD/CD box set (with 100 page picture book) of this incredible concert is unbelievable! If I hadn't fallen in love with this band before, that would have been the point. So this song 'only' intensified that feeling many times over. I mean, is there a better way for a band/artist to deliver a message like this to their followers? At least I can't think of one. If you like songs that have a bit more 'feeling', I can't help but recommend the song 'Daydreaming'. Nice reaction and generally, using the official Band-Maid videos rarely, if ever, get blocked and the band understand the power of reactions videos as their very first video, Thrill, was likely the song that saved the band from breaking up back in 2014, when they first posted it on Facebook and within days it had gone viral. It was this helped them stay together. They have also said that they like watching reaction videos.

There’s a video of the band kicking around UA-cam that was taken when they found out that they had been invited to play the Budokan (performing there is by invitation only) and they were going crazy with excitement. Anyhow the band has carried on doing livestreams and I expect that Kanami and Miku are writing lots of new material. They dropped a new live video a couple of days ago for their song “No God” from their latest album and you should definitely check it out - it is a banger.

Yes, Band-Maid has a handful of ballads. Their MV Daydreaming is a power ballad and is a must listen. Peace.

Band Maid is a gem of many facets. They can surprise you with a new light every time you change the prism of your gaze.
