I still have my 2000 SS. I'll never get rid of her! 37K OG Miles. Buying another one to build! My brother has his 98 SS fully built and turbo'd, making 1300 RWHP. This is one beautiful build!! Great content! Great car!
I have an 02ss 52k miles. 2nd time I’ve owns an 02. Love these cars
@SloppyNoSeconds me too! My BF had a 98 Z, but I used to always race/drive it. He used to just give it to me for a week at a time usually, just made sure we raced on the weekends. He ended up crashing and passing away Nov 2001 and totalling it.. Made Mt love for FBody Camaros that much more deep. Had one ever since!
@@KeakaOfficial TTops, loads of power, and 4 seats. Gotta love them. sorry for your loss though. :(
Still have my 98 z28 55k original miles hci car with a 6 speed
I had a 86 iroc that was my moms and the tach is stuck and broken gotta love the 3rd gen camaros 😂😂
I got my 02 SS on September 13th 2001. Only has around 9700 miles on it now. Not getting rid of it, my daughter will end up with it. The only thing I’ve done to it is BMR lowering springs and Weld S71s. It was completely stock until last Feb. down to the original wheels and tires.
Even as a Mustang owner, you have to respect the time, effort and money to make such a bad ass build like this! Well done!
Not really. Mustang owners don't typically respect anything. Especially spectator safety 😉
I was thinking the same thing
Yessir both mustang and Camaro are good cars Chevys are cheap Daily drivers and mustangs are EXPENSIVE and Superior race car's and 5.0 coyote makes 1200 hp on stock pistons
@@Mike-gi1dk98%of the time you see a mustang crash its a college kids dads car and he don't know how to control a 500hp to 1200hp car
Nice 4th gen man. I love your attitude toward being willing to drive the car and really enjoy the most out of it ! These cars in the 90s were never meant to be trailer queens.
I bought my 96' Camaro in 1998 with 6K miles and I still have it today as a daily driver! I'm about to embark of a full build and restoration. Interior will be full Alcantara , updated electronics for todays technology, additional sensors, and making it more a solid road racing build than a drag car.
I love this story. I have a 01 SS that I have kept like him. My daughter is grown, just started my build about a year ago. Getting close. Love this
That is one sick f-body! Owner looks like such a humble chill person it’s hard to believe he built a monster lol
Beautiful camaro that’s tasteful and loaded with all the good parts. Much respect, that’s a beautiful build. 👍
I ordered mine in 99 still have her today only 22'000 miles, no regrets here.
Wow only 22,000 miles on a 99 SS? 😲
@@trevonwilson1 She's a 2000 SS ordered with GM supplier in September of 99 and Took Delivery in November of 99.
Nice!
I’m 35 yrs old and seen many many in my years all over, this one sits up there on the top, that car got me excited🤘🏽beautiful build🤜🏽
Glad to see the local shop on your channel, great video!
Perfect in every way! Very clean! My favorite car ever!
What a great guy , takes the time to chat with ya and not shy about his setup. Really like when the car has some history as well. Met him at Fl2k Gainesville it a was a pleasure sir keep up the good work!
How tall is that guy....9 feet? Sheesh, he's huge.
Ur gay 😂
This is definitely my favorite gen of Camaro. Idk why do people hate it
Look at what they actually like themselves. People are idiots.
Got some good content! Throwback footage of this car is on my channel
Beautiful Camaro, glad he held on to it, great video
This is a sexy 4th Gen. While EARLY 1st Gen big mouth grille will always be my favorite, it seems as of late that some 3rd Gen builds are really renewing my childhood interest in the cars that I used to love before driving age and as things go, some of the new 4th Gen builds have me falling in love with THAT platform once again, as in my younger years.
Thank you so much for showing the talent that is right here in southeast Georgia. I live an hour away from Savannah. Awesome build. Awesome guy and an awesome video. 👌
Nice way for Justin to get his name out there. He does awesome work
What an outstandin build!
Love the build, looks sinister! We don't see many nice Catfish Camaros on the road anymore, this is awesome to see.
One of the best builds I have seen in a while! Great job!
The 02 SS was what got me hooked on camaros... always liked that hood
iroc
That's awesome! I have a 99 SS that I just finished a Mike Lough 408 with a 91/102 T4, yes t4 cuz a/c car!lol Still hoping to crack a thousand without leaning on it hard! This IS my daily, so it has to stay together! The down time has been hell, but about to be worth it!lol Thanks guys! Nice to see him still rocking 15" fronts! I may have to use some for a while. I'm not rich by any means!
Haha , I love it , never takes much to make a true car guy grin on a hard pull , sweet build brother
Can you help me with the back space off the rear and the fromt wheels . Thanks
4th gen f body Camro SS are always going to be a classic. Hurry up and get one before they go up in prices!!! Future classics!
Sweet build man I can definitely see the hard work put into it
Beautiful car man.
Gorgeous car, I love a black 4th gen F body. The word for this video is actually, he probably said it 20 times.
Lol yea man when you’re talking on camera you don’t realize you say certain things multiple times. I’ve done it myself plenty of times. Definitely not easy
Yeah he’s a car guy not a anchorman 🤣.
Super cool bro. Really nice job. Really fun to see. Graphics on the quarter remind me of my 454ss truck.
Very nice and the fact that you drive it to meets and races is very impressive. And for a car that was neglected, you shined it up like a diamond. Same for the wheels, nice build.
Keep up the impeccable work Buddy
Gorgeous Camaro SS.
GREAT STORY!!!! SUPER BADASS CAMARO!!!!!!😎👍🏁
Very nice video Justin
Everyone has their 1st hot Rod (new or used) off the lot. No lié, the ones you finance and still hot rod are the best
That Turbo infront of that SLP SS Hood looks
Fkn. Sick.
WS6 will look as sick as this.
Damn thats clean AF
Now that's badass! Love them Bowties
Man that car cleaned and still a beast.
Very cool!!!!!
Badass ride man.
Great video! Nice Car
I'm not a camaro guy but this a sweet setup and car.
You came a long way with that car justen good job
Awesome car!!!
i got a 2000 35th year as well only a v6 3.8 charged but man shes a beauty one owner and all. in3 years i def plan to do something like this.
A 2000 35th ?
Mmmmm ok .....
Yeah no. Sorry bro but you don't have to make things up to be accepted. There is no such thing as a 2000 35th Anniversary Camaro. There is simply no way you're truth telling. Bye.
Badass car
Horsepower and torque, the universal giggle medicine.
Awesome video! Keep up the good work Austin!
Thank you very much!
Another turbo LS build... cool
Sure is
This is one BADASS f body
Beautiful 4th Gen
Can’t wait to get work done by his shop, I’m stacking heavy lol I see this place everyday fueling up at Parker’s jus day dreaming 😂
Another reason I love that gen...
I have a 2001 Z28 same color !! camaros are great!!!and open for your own ideas!!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Beautiful car
Man I need this set up
Now that is a Beast!!!!
Bro, I absolutely love your channel. I like how you’re all about quality over quantity.
Thank you very much! Hopefully in the future it’ll become full time and I can do both, quality and quantity 🤘
@@HotRodHeavenUSA keep your eye on the goal bro and the subscribers will come. I follow so many car channels. You can tell you really put in the time with your production quality and the shots. I have no doubt you’ll get the traction need.
Best car ever!! Ill never sell my 2000 Z28
Agreed 👍 my 98 Z28 is a serious keeper 💯
Beautiful car my man !
My dad had one in 2000 he told me he used to put me in the car seat in the back and I used to have the best sleep when I was a baby
Nice build
Love the fangs
Do you have a filter or screen to use on the turbo for longer street drives? Seems like leaving it open is asking for trouble.
Yeah, I can see something flying into it…
This 20 turning 21 car has rode more horses than u ever will in ur whole life 💕☺️
This shop is down from my job and he has some beasts roaming around sounding very mean.
I’m looking to buy an ‘02 SS. So hard to find in my area though
It looks bad ass!!!
What size gear again?
I have 2 f body's 2001 Camaro SS 6 speed built both transmission and engine 150,000 on the body needs some TLC paint and interior but it's a blast to drive ... And the wife has a 2002 SS that's perfect other than the driver side seat needs recovered all stock expect for the exhaust with 68,000 miles on it .
Wow. Nice. So when you run pump e85 and go to the track ,do you have to returned for the renegade or does it just returned itself ?
Man that's an awesome looking turbo setup. It just looks great. I would love to see if AWD would make it better
Look up turbo awd hurst olds
@@travistucker7317 okay cool thanks 👍
@@travistucker7317 just seen one in a 1320 video. It was awesome 👍
@@k.tucker2011 was that where it was chained up smoking all 4 tires?
@@travistucker7317 yeah in his driveway to make slicks ! It was awesome
Well Done 👍
Did he say 12 sec qt mile time ?
Wow dude
Whats the name of the aftermarket dash cluster
BadMaro TTF💪‼️
What rear gear are you running?
He says it in the video
Awesome build! And a cool background story. But how does this guy fit in there!!? Lol
Awesome clean car!!
SICK 🤘
Imagine daily driving this
Can u drive it in the rain ?
In 1997 I almost traded my 86 IROC Z w/ a 305👎🏻 in it for 1 exactly like that and have regretted it ever since 😣
Savannah River Dragway is 15miles from my house. You have a shop in Savannah?
Amazing build but the lack of filter on that turbo gives me anxiety.
At least needs a guard
Did you have to do any modifications to get the 15" wheels and tire to fit in the rear?
Have to shave down calipers slightly to fit them.
@@myattsgaragecame here to say that. Had to on my 2000 z28 when I did 15s for the strip
Yeah it seems no matter what rims you get, they all require some grinding on the calipers. I have JMS Avengers on the back of mine, 15×10 and they said they bolted on. They did, but not really lol. Couldn't turn. You can fit some pretty big tires though without doing much. I have 28" tall, 13.50 wide hoosier quick time pros and all I had to do was cut the bump stops off and a little spot toward the front inside of the wheel well and bang in the inside a little with a hammer. No fender rolling. I have BMR 1.25-1.5" drop springs in the back too so it can be done with relatively little work. One thing I wasn't aware of was running staggered wheels will mess with your abs. Idk how to remedy that yet but I'll figure it out. The speed sensors just freak out spinning different speeds.
@@stephencox4509 would it fit better if you went with a 275×50×15 26" tall tire?
@@trevonwilson1 really the tires weren't the issue. The problem was the rim rubbing the caliper. Hence all the grinding. It didn't take much to make the tires fit. The point of my reply was really to make people aware that these wheels that say they bolt right on, never really do. At least most of them. I think maybe bogarts will work without grinding the calipers but I have never used them so I can't vouch for them.
I had a 99 Camaro in Highschool. I miss my F body so bad.
I got a built T/A. Lq 408 stroker,
572 whp. N/A. 54 k on the body. About 10k on the build.
He should get some white spray paint and paint two buck teeth with a gap in the middle. Then he can call his car Gap- toof 😂 Cool car 😎
On the intercooler
I still got my 94 z28. I won't sell it lol its like my son
That's sooo nice
Hey where did you get the aftermarket dash, my Fbody is cracked up too
Got it on a from a swap meet awhile back.
Great looking ride. I have 2000 Z/28. Trying to figure out how to put a 6L90 in it.

@@obezzyjohnson9680 I appreciate that. One I found a guy did an LT1 swap w/a 10L90 and didn’t have to do any cutting, but he took the video down. I know it’s a small difference in size with 6 and 10. GM Authority says it’s the same size. I will try find a case and try to see if does. I’ll keep you posted and even might make a video
Ever had any luck with that? I Procharged my 01 Camaro, want to keep going and I'm banging my head against the wall trying to figure out a tranny. Not that the 10 speed would necessarily work for me but I'm not overly enthusiastic about spending a lot of money to build a 4L60/80
What a badass damnn.
