Learn how to make layered portrait with the help of masking tape.
Materials used in the video:
1. pngtosvg.com - website to create the layered template from original photo
2. A11 blade paper cutting knife
3. Masking tape
4. LED light pad or any light source
5. curved Tweezers
6. Acetate sheet/ acrylic sheet / glass pane the size of portrait
