You are such a wonderful teacher, CeeCee! I do short binge YouTubing every so often, and almost always watch a few of yours. As you finished this project, I thought for those that can create multiples of these, it would be nice to cut one up, put it in a tiny gift box, and give it as a puzzle to a child or an elderly person that needs hand/eye coordination or thought process projects. Having a beautiful hand-made puzzle would be a lovely, sentimental gift! You wouldn't need to trim them down either.

CeeCee, I’m also a watercolor painter, and have tried many different tapes for managing edges, and WASHI tape from Japan, seems to work for me the best of any “tape” ! Perhaps the adhesive is different but at any rate WASHI tape is my for to ! Loved this video, Claudia.
Great tip! i have used washi tape in the past too but since i had so many intersections i was afraid the washi tape would lift a bit. also, my washi tapes are too pretty to use LOL

hello i'm a super beginner and i've become a huge fan because you take your time to explain things and do not complicate things with words and tools that i dont or wouldn't understand but yet give a tutorial with an professional looking outcome... i didn't have any of the tape that you had or suggested, so i used what i had here at home and it works so well that i thought i might suggest it... it's a blue medical tape by 3M its called "micropore surgical tape" it never ever ever rips my watercolor paper or any paper for that matter but yet it masks (i guess that's the word) well. nothing bleeds through as long as you press the edge well (still won't rip your paper...even after the paint is dry even with acrylics that have dried onto the tape and the paper when i pull it never rips... so you may want to try it to see if it works for you...i lucked up and found it by accident... but thank you for your videos, thank you for being human and letting me know that you're not perfect (art work would say that you are) but i appreciate that because it makes me feel less like a failure in what i am trying to do... i hope my suggestion works as well for you as it did for me... i would send you some but i don't know where or if that's an option... but i can show you a pic, if i could figure out how. lol

I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't lifted an artists' brush since my classes finished due to the virus, here in Scotland.
