Thank you. I had pretty much given up on growing special succulents in my greenhouse because I am so tired of fighting a losing battle against mealy bugs. If I ever decide to start again, I can use this product.
How do you think that spray will effect the plant itself? Also what about beneficials or fruits? I have tried some systemic but worry about flowering and fruiting season due to keeping them outside and having bees etc.. also of course the effects on fruit I plan to eat.
I very rarely reach for a systemic or suggest it, but I don't see the spray being any more stressful to the plant as other things I've tried - full strength alcohol, Everclear (100 proof LOL!) Just rinse anything well before putting it back in full sun, or to be extra cautious, avoid full sun for a few days after rinsing. The systemic would not be safe for pollinators - we need to chop the flowers if it's still in the plant's system, or keep it away from potential beneficial visitors. The topical treatment shouldn't affect anything that it isn't touching - so if you don't spray it on flowers, it should be okay after several days.
Another thing to think about with the systemic granules, if the water runs off into the ground, even blooming weeds will have the systemic in them. I would never use them on any plant outside, blooming or not.
How are you able to hold that microscope so still ? Mine moves around so much. Even though it is on a little arm that you can move around, it will work its way out of focus all the time. You microscope seems much better quality than mine. I have to focus in and out a lot to get that clear of an image. I will invest in the one you have now. Thank you for this video. Does the Incide kill eggs too ?
The microscope is just standing on the lens hood thing - mealies were on a flat surface so I could balance it ;) I really love this scope, compared to another one I had it's so much better and the app interface works great with my phone (Android)

Yes! I love my microscope! I had a different one - cheaper - but it was a bit wonky and the light burned out and couldn't be replaced or returned. This one is $40 and sooo much better! I linked to it in the video description just in case... 😉
@@SucsForYou Yoo Thank You Ma'am! 😊 My apologies for not responding. My brain is like 3 squirrels fighting over an acorn, then they all suddenly forget what they are fighting for, and go back to playing. 😁 This USB Cam is on my next month's to-buy list! Thank You Ma'am 😁

just checking back if you are still using the in cide? do you wash it off the plant after it dries or ok to leave it on the houseplant?
I haven't bought anymore but yes, do rinse to be safe. It's works as a contact killer not a preventative.
Thanks so much. I can’t wait to try it!!!
just watch out for any direct sun or hot temps - it will burn the plant!

Sorry if I missed it in the video, but Is it safe for use on cacti and succulents?
Yes but definitely avoid full/direct sun, and be cautious when using any topical treatment when it's hot out :)
Is it safe for pollinators? This is my favorite color of coleus as well. I save the seeds and regrow year to year.

Did it affect the plant?
Seems fine so far!
