Great news! If you make a purchase from any link above, my channel earns a small affiliate commission from the site.
Cash is building a roster of sidekicks. Really like Dominick's listings. Today's selections were aesthetically challenged, but cheap. It's always great to remember the budget renters.
I like Charles. Cash and Charles have sort of a "Starsky and Hutch" thing going.
Love Charles! He and Cash got great chemistry!
But, you are siding with the Nazi of Ukraine. These Ukraine Nazi's have murdering Ukraine children and you support them. How could you. Money laundering, arms, and drug trafficking. Great
I wish people would stop painting on the building due to eye sore and turn people off.
Congrats on reaching 400K, your channel is definitely the best!!!
Absolutely, the best apartments you have shown in a long time. Cheap authentic lofts is a building that is undergoing a decent transformation. Great lofts are always in somewhat dodgy neighborhoods and that gives them an artistic and edgy feel. The basic, but decently functional kitchen and bathroom just add to the flavor of the whole loft vibe and force the tenant to be really creative in making this a cool home.
Definitely a good find!!!
Thank you so much!!
Cash, you are the Best! 400K people can't be wrong! Congratulations Muscles!:-)
That 3rd apartment is awesome..thanks for showing us this very unique building.
That former El used to go all the way down to the Brooklyn Bridge, and before 1940, used to go over the Brooklyn Bridge to a terminal at Park Row. Was discontinued in the 60s.
The 1st one has the most potential for me. I like that it's completely open with no odd angled walls to limit furniture placement.
Dominick has all the weird but cool listings! Thanks for showing us. Congrats on 400K!
Oh cool...I like weird listings. What's his channel?
These were fun to see. There would be so many creative ways to turn these into great places. Just need an imagination. Thanks Cash.
I believe anyone could make these shabby apts great, but for that location you can definitely get more for the same price, especially since it’s the off season.
Wow Cash, 400 subs? Seriously? Fabulous. I love the loft on these apartments.
💥You made 400K subscribers🎉🎉CONGRATULATIONS!!! WOOT WOOT!!!🎉🎉🎉 Anyhoo...you keep me laughing with your witticisms. I enjoy this channel for your humor when describing things. Thank you.
😊 thank you
And, Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Cash Jordan for the new addition to the family 🎉!!!
400k! Been watching for a minute and every day your subs have gone up 1k. Crazy good progress! Congrats! Well deserved since the quality also keeps going up! Look forward to watching every day🥳
I don't even live in NYC nor would I ever. I'm pretty cozy in LA in NoHo, but me and my friends here all love watching these videos. I have no idea why none of us are even looking to move. It's a daily watch for me and I'll never stop. Thank you Cash!
I know. I live in England but that doesn’t stop me watching and enjoying these videos!
Some of the most reasonably priced apartments yet.
The last apartment is so cute, definitely something I wouldn't mind living in if I lived in the US
Love that last place LOTS of potential!
This is Gonna b so Insightful CJ🔥🔥🔥👍n Happy Thursday😀….
Congratulations on 4K🎉. You EARNED IT 👏🏻👏🏻⭐️!! You’re hilarious and your videography and editing is on point. Many blessings and good fortune my friend 🙋🏻♀️🙏🏻
Tiny-house apartment. I had to comprehend that one for a moment.
CASH!! You hit 400k!!!
Been with you since 131k
All three are certainly funky, and if rented by rowdy students there's not much to damage. One bathroom looked like it needed some serious cleaning. The space and vibe may appeal to some people, but not to me, especially at that price.
Just a thought. It is fun on some levels to see these tiny space saving, somewhat affordable, unique apartments on this channel. However, the flipside is the horror of living in a City where people are forced to live like this or be stuck with 4 or 5 "roommates" in order to afford to live here. This is like "Van Life" in a way and its very dark that this country is accepting/coming to this. Because the next step down is what? Living on the streets? Pitching a tent?
I totally disagree with what you wrote. It’s not a horror to live in NYC. I live here for decades and love it, like the rest of the New Yorkers. We wouldn’t live anyplace else. This is the first best place to live. It’s New York. What are you even talking about? Didn’t you ever hear of anyone living in an apartment? It’s not a horror, it’s great. You must be a farmer or something.
Van life is much worse than NYC living, especially when entrepreneurs are starting businesses in one of the most lucrative places in earth (NYC). The only people who benefit from vanlife are off-roading adventurers/scientists. Everyone else is victimized and parking in mostly dangerous/abandoned areas of cities.
And there are people living in tents…. You can just Google tent cities in US.
Pitch where, Central Park ? 😬
Why do you care about how other people live? Especially since it has no effect on YOU
Van life can be great if you do it right. Check out Vancity Vanlife and The Cat Lady Van channels, they are loving it and living very well
The funny thing is, as much as I like the nicer units, there is something about these basic blank boxes that ignites my artistic mind. I really like them but come on, you've spoiled me now. I NEED a sink sprayer! And congrats on 400k! 🎉
Congratulations on 400K subscribers! I just found you a little while ago and I watch everyday! I love your tours and commentary on the neighborhoods! Some of the apartments are fantastic, some not so much, but most have character. Your sidekicks are pretty cool, especially Charles Munson. He's a hoot!
If I ever move to NYC, I'll live in Brooklyn. I'm not a hipster, but I am a vegan. Whenever I visit NYC, I patronize Brooklyn restaurants: Champs Diner, Screamers Pizza, the Butcher's Daughter, and Van Leeuwen Icecream. BTW, the Bagel Hole in Park Slope Brooklyn really does have the best bagels in NYC.
Move to Queens. We better and we got the Amazin’ Mets!
@@alanimperial977 which one is cheaper?
Brooklyn is fantastic but Queens is very underrated IMO. It has some great places to eat and hang out as well. I haven’t lived in NYC for several years but my rent in Queens was always more affordable (with more space) than BK or Manhattan.
@@misterjayway depends on the hood you choose. Both have expensive places and cheap places to live. Cheap places have less subways and expensive places have more subways in general.
For whatever reason, I really like these!
I love the 2nd one! Not that I live in NY but living alone is a must for me. ❤️ That basic, affordable one in quirky neighborhood. Cool bldg!
Mega-Massive Congrats on 400K subscribers! Well-deserved!
Love your videos Well done CJ!
2:42 Jawa is and czech / czechoslovak motorcycle company so im really surprised you have them in US.
I don't know the exact type of this one but these were more like bikes with the 50cc two stroke engine.
What was the rent of the third apartment?
Probably more than the other two.
All of these were actually pretty good.
Really?
I actually like all of them!
What took you and Dominick so long to find one another? btw Congrats on reaching the 400K mark in life in the tube
Thank you!!
Congratulations on 400k subscribers!
I'M here every day too, guess I should start paying attention to names as we see each other all the time 🤭
Howdy 🤗
Local tire shop. Lmao. Your neighborhood previous are always great. As a native NY’re it’s a fun & entertaining perspective while being respectful to the various communities.
A Checkers in NYC?! Wow!
Love these videos. You make me laugh. Hello from Toronto
I would not want to walk all that way to get to my apartment on a daily basis.
"Expect the unexpected" I'd say Dominick likes Big Brother!
That first one...almost $3000 a month for that hideous place! What a joke.
Loved the last one
Cash and Dominick ( Dom always finds the best eclectic spaces) I like the smaller one I know it didn’t have alot of windows but it did have the skylights and my mind immediately went to like separating it up with three or four big older rugs from the antique store or goodwill the same with furniture, cool older couch and chairs, wrought iron bed cool old room divider or two but not dark or solid got to allow for light and space. Okay I’ll take the decorative hat off now. But hey cool spaces and affordable for the most part!
Funny seeing a United porta potty in your videos. That's the company I work for out here in Colorado.
Thanks for sharing keep the videos coming, ✌🏻
can we get more apartments with overhead loft spaces I remember a few years ago when you did a video on studio apartments with overhead loft spaces, I love those
Of all three, the third one was the best, however I would not even want that one. The floor is definitely in need of refinishing, and whenever I see a plunger sitting in a bathroom next to a toilet it makes me leery that there's some kind of an issue. Third but not least, at surcharge of $55.00 more per month just to heat that giant place. But it was interesting to look at anyhow and I do take a liking to loft apartments.... Just not these.
It is better to have a plunger and not need it, than have a need and not have one.
@@greg5775 so who said you shouldn't have a plunger? Just not sitting right by the toilet that's a dead giveaway that is always an issue
@@janish3059 we have a plunger by our toilet because my husband uses a crap ton of toilet paper when he goes instead of a normal amount of toilet paper. It's nothing wrong with the toilet just the user
@@femmebrulee5053 I sympathize with you , some people are so stupid. At least flush the toilet several times each round of toilet paper not all at once piled up to the top. Hahaha
Absolutely love the designs of these
NYC apartment bathrooms give me so much anxiety, whew.
Hubby & I just looked at the opposite of NYC apartments - single wide trailers in Florida so we can be snowbirds. Our final decision was based on the sink sprayer & medicine cabinet. Cash, when I win the lottery you can find me a pied-a-tèrre in NYC.
Best places yet IMHO 👌
"everythig here's clean" ... opens filthy oven door :D :D I really like Dominick's vibe, though
U took me down memory lane i was rasied in this neighborhood
Apt #3 is cool!!
I’m in love with this place ❤️❤️❤️
Shout out to Dominick!
These look so dingy and dark. Throw some paneling up over the horrendous-looking brick, at least. And I'm guessing the plumbing isn't great considering there's dirty water sitting at the bottom of one of the tubs.
Cash! My wife and I are ditching the kids and coming to NYC next month for a few days! She’s been all over the world but never been to New York. We’re staying in Manhattan but we will move around. I’d love a couple of your food “have to go to” suggestions
Have you ever had PEAR on pizza?? It's a life changer 🍐 🍐 🍐
When Cash said he was over 6 feet. 🤔 lolol
man that myrtle intersection is really aptly described as "wild" - esp after midnight
Congrats on four hundred k
loft does offer different kind of charm
Square footage is length times width... so 27×11.
Once you get home, it takes another ten minutes to get to your apartment. I’d hate to have to carry groceries all that way. I’d be eating out most of the time.
O.k., watching you on and getting off that train at the beginning just made me wanna grab some empty bottles to put on my fingers and invite you to "come out and play-ay" in a weird singy songy voice.
I am absolutely gob smacked by the rents that you pay in New York City. I frequently convert your US funds to Canadian and I go into shock! Most of those small apartments I wouldn’t pay $50 a month for! I guess I’m glad I live in Canada… Lol.
Last summer I bought a beautiful 118m²/ 166m² , 1270ft² / 1786ft² lake shore house in the countryside for 156 000 €/ $.
Your vids R fun‼️😎
The third one would be good if you have kids. They would love to sleep in the loft .
New York apartments are insane
Length x width = square footage. 🥰 ( retired teacher)
I park in my driveway and have a one-story house and hate dragging all my purchases in and cringe when I see people having to drag their stuff up to six floors sometimes.
I drink apple cider vinegar every day. Mix 1/2 cup acv, 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1/2cup honey. Fill the rest of the container with water. Tasty and healthy and after a while your body will crave it.
Good Day !
Cash, Cash, Cash, when you do chin-ups, you START counting at 25 at least! No one knows any better online!🤣
Fox Weather Man beaten to a pulp on NYC Subway. NYC is finished.
Jawa its motorcycles and mopeds manufactured in Czech Republic :)
Did Cash say "living off the lamb"?
I was looking for a basketball court apartment to rent under 3,000
What was the price for the third one?
I liked the 1st the least, 3rd, the best. But I wouldn't want to pay over $2K for the first (despite being the largest), considering the condition and the neighborhood. Hip building tho, like Dominick. I don't think I've seen a hip dude in real estate before, lol. I really like him. The neighborhood is like where the less rich cool kids are moving into.
Usually loft spaces look a little nicer tho. The bottom room could be a recording studio. I wonder if the landlord would let you put a window in there. Then you could put the sound board on the other side and hook everything up. There's artist lofts across the street from me with a setup like I'm mentioning.
Bushwick looks like Williamsburg before it got expensive..
I’d be happy moving in there today.
The first loft kitchen wasn't a good layout for the fridge sticking out of place. It was a large loft. Each loft has different character inside them. The last one had good storage above the doorway to the bedroom made area.
I like that there is the Popeye's in The Peoples' Republic of Bushwick Brooklyn
🛏️ by Stove!
Thanks cash, dom
You're so good at selling crap. I'd almost want to live there.
Have u tried the ghost pepper almonds from blue diamond? On Amazon and some target stores, they also have Carolina reaper pepper almonds but GP are better
Is p a laundry room in the building? Great units for creative folk!
I'm dying laughing.
The best part of building a bike fence? You can just walk the streets to get the bikes for free. 😏
odd assortment of apts.
Hahahahaha, come on Cash that's all I'm going to say about those "apartments". PS that apple cider bottle was probably full of pee.😃
Dude, you need to beef up your IMDB with your most popular videos. Randy Rainbow did that beginning in 2019, and look where he is now. Any publicity is good publicity.
Coming soon: Floating helium based tiny nyc housing.
Checkers😭 it’s Ralley’s where I’m from
I see a red door and I want it painted black.
Piling bricks in someone’s backyard don’t make it an apartment if pouring syrup don’t make it pancakes 🥞
