I’d love to pull CranioSacral Therapy into this conversation about fascia. I have experienced mind-blowing fascial releases with CST. I do it for myself daily. Sometimes the release is emotionally cleansing too, in the best way. Fascia is the fiber optic network of Nature…transmitting light, sound, vibration, and frequency through a liquid light matrix that informs, nourishes, and protects us. I can hardly believe you said "Who wants to be conscious all the time?" Being completely conscious and present - the experience of pure awareness - is the experience of our true nature, which is love, peace, joy, etc. We think it's experiencing various things in the world that brings us joy, but it's just that those things help us to get out of the way and experience the source of our being.
Then why do so few take that on? Because folks don't want to face their fears. It's easy to say 'pure awareness, true nature and love'- but, given our patterning to being a self, a separate/separated being, we are believers in self-protection, not pure awareness. Some are more aware of this than others, but even then everyone has to deal (and ultimately overcome/understand) the stressful messages of danger and the need for self-protection that project from the subconscious and unconsciousness.
I love Wim Hoff method of breathing techniques. I recommend his breathing and I do a 8 min cold shower in the morning. When I do Wim Hof breathing technique I have more energy All day. Just research The Ice Man Wim Hof. Thank you so much. I shared.
We are fortunate there are so many techniques available that have value so that everyone has the chance to find the one that works best for them. Glad you have found yours!
Thank you, I agree with you so many ways, But we need to stop 5G. It is not from nature so difficult to fight. A few years ago Woodstock NY community simply banned 5G in Woodstock. Done. simple. Great, I think holistic practices like Tai Chi and Qi Gong are the best exercises for our body, it has been dealing with correct body structure, breathing and consciousness including tongue position for centuries so actually centuries old.

Before adding chlorophyll supplements, be sure you are eating plenty of green vegetables! 🥬🥦We always recommend real food first. Other nutrition tips for fascia support are getting sufficient fluids (including watery foods 🍉🍐🥒🥬, which contain other nutrients), sufficient protein, vitamin C, and collagen peptides.
Best to consume foods containing this nutrient. If supplementing, be aware of symptoms of copper overload or sensitivity. (Keep in mind that copper is a metal)
Carnivore diet will heal the body. Steak, eggs, butter salt ,water. Vegetables content anti nutrients, pesticides, herbicides & glyphosate which damaged the cells of the body causing inflammation.
