#5 is the best. I've taken my time upgrading equipment to make brewing more fun and easier.

Kegging has made everything simpler, less time and more consistent. I converted an old fridge, got some corny kegs, a CO2 tank and the hardware and did it.That was twelve years ago, and teh system is still great. Pouring a draft beer from your own tap is so satisfying.
Great video. Practice all 5 suggestions. I've been making home brew now for 10 years. I've been buying from you guys for a while now and can't complain whatsoever. Thanks for the ingredients! About me, I have a 5-gallon HERMS system with 7 gallon conical, glycol chiller, and 2-tower setup with a second fridge for my starters and a 3rd tap for overflow capacity. I love making beer! 70 and going strong!
My tip to anyone is wait a bit to drink until you are done. I remember when I first started brewing and it was like a free for all and I would forget all kinds of stuff while brewing. I've come along way and brew days are a lot better now that I wait til the end or near the end to drink. Also note taking is huge and checklists.
When pressure fermenting a IPA using hazy strains like verdant or English strains like s-04, would u recommend using 5 psi to start and then ramp up to 10psi or leave it open for the first 2 days and then applying 10psi for the remainder???
My biggest hurdle has been my kegged brews never hold carbonation. I just cannot figure out what I am doing wrong, so I end up bottling with priming sugar and that ends up working.
A comment. I have found that bottle conditioning homebrew at about 70 degrees for 10 days, then lagering the homebrew at about 35 degrees for four weeks results in a finer tasting brew than force carbonating the same brew in a keg. Just my opinion.
My favorite is BIAB, plastic bucket fermenter, & kegerator. Having a separate chest freezer as a fermentation chamber took my beer to the next level.
