Thank you for this. There are other online videos that show how to do this for a 2010 XC60 but the headlights are different on my AWD T6. This video shows exactly what I have.
My 2016 XC60 is different. On mine the pegs that are removed first are on an angle. And then once I pull-out the assemble, instead of the large wire clips that need snapped open, I have wgat seems to be allen wrench head screws that need to be screwed out. ODD!!
I have a 2012 XC60 and its headlight bulb is not as shown in this video. So before you do like I did and run to Autozone to buy this bulb or bulbs shown in other videos (one shows a squarish-looking Xenon 1DS bulb that costs $100+), first follow the procedure shown in the video (which is fully accurate) and pull out your dead bulb to see which one you have. I had kept my Autozone receipt so it was no problem taking the fancy Xenon back and getting the correct bulb (which was only $21). I have uploaded a pic of my bulb, reply to me here if you want a link to it
You make a good point. Not sure why I didn’t include it I certainly should have done. I made the video some time ago now, sorry about that. At least I’ve shown how to access it though so I hope it helps. 🙂👍
Hi, very well spotted 😁 I’d removed it once and and just slotted it back in for the video. But when I reinstalled it they went back in the correct orientation. 🙂👍
I just picked up a 2015 XC60 R Design and now I’m educating myself on all things XC60. Thanks for the video.
Hi Mike, well I hope you don’t have this problem. But if you do your ahead of the game. They are great cars, I hope you enjoy it
Simple and straight forward, i liked how you puased to show what kind of bulb.

Hi Rick, is your car the latest shape XC60. I’m not sure of that design at the moment but will try and find out and let you know.
They could make that change during this models run, but they couldn't left justify the shifter and put the cup holders to its right... 😂
