I missed the cast on party. I’m in Australia , lovely to see Tash from Mostly Knitting on here, I follow her . I’m going to knit the Sunday sweater in drops air in white for next winter .
Jonna, thank you so much for asking about high bust measurements. I made the Vanilla Sweater by Corinne Thomlinson of the Woolly Thistle. The pattern uses the high bust measurement for a better fit in the shoulders. I wish more designers would include this measurement as the fit of that sweater was so good!
Watched the video and was interested to see what everyone is knitting although I won't be joining the KAL. Good luck to all. 🇬🇧
Hi Tesh of Mostly Knitting, I'm from Sydney, as well, and am also knitting the Anker Summer Tee. Married to an Aussie, so the reverse of you and your hubby.
So excited for the KAL! Need to pick my project. I do love the Sophie scarf, maybe I’ll make the Sophie shawl.
I was hoping to join the cast on party, but unfortunately wasn’t able to. I’m glad that you recorded it and I will be joining the KAL AND the hashtag soon. Thank you for organizing this. I’m looking forward to joining you all for the KAL ❤🥰
Love seeing you all knitting together! Missed the cast on party!
love the new term of tadpole, im going to use it and give youthe credit!!!!!!!!!
I'm In!!! Knitting two Dagmar Shirts for my nieces, so excited!!
YAY thank you for posting!!! I got caught up with work and was unable to watch live. Excited to join this knit along:D
Thanks so much for hosting a live session. It was a lot of fun to join in and to see what everyone is making. My Anker Summer Shirt pattern arrived so I can finally cast on. I need to read the pattern through though and either swatch again or do some math first seeing i havent hit gauge. Looking forward to seeing your Episode 22 and everyone's progress. :)
Hi Tash! Sorry for the very delayed reply. Life definitely got away with us and we were in survival mode since Rhinebeck weekend. Thank you so much for joining in and commenting and participating in the KAL. Hoping we can meet in person some day! ❤️ Kim & Jonna
Love the tadpole I think I have one of those!
Interesting music!
Well - I was inspired by Jonna to buy the pattern for the Vertical Stripes Sweater - then I went overseas and decided to purchase the yarn at a local yarn store in Linz Austria - unfortunately I picked up Covid (first time after 3 1/2 years ) still exhausted and too tired to start but maybe I’ll join if I feel bit better soon - would be my first kal knittalong - happy knitting 🧶
Oh no! I hope you’re feeling better soon. It takes patience, for sure.
Funny thing… I watched “Mostly Knitting” (Mussleburgh hats she made)…Then watched this episode…
Wha…??? Honestly, I had a chuckle..
I’ve got some fingering cotton/wool, possibly Ankers top ?! I really need to make some (and then more!) of Petite Knit’s sweaters, such classics!
Like I need more ideas! Hah! I swear I “recycle” patterns I want to make!! Years later, I think “Oh, yes, I wanted to make xxx sweater 3 or 5 or ??? years ago!!!”
Soooo, all the good things come back around, right??
Yes!!
Rachelle from Moondrake will be at Pick Up Every Stitch for the Road to Rhinebeck event as well! And all the Moondrake bases and colors will be available to squish, along with samples. Great idea to check the hashtag when you have lost inspiration Jonna!
Just watched the cast on party sorry I missed it live. I, too, had to rip my Friday Slipover back. I think I have you beat Jonna. I ripped it out 4 times. I am ok now. My stitches look funny, but I think it's the yarn . Anyway, I'm looking forward to following everyone. Thanks again
I have a few “tadpoles” (future frogs). I don’t know why i keep them. 🤪
✨💟💖💛💜❤️🧡✨
Please restate # info...e.g. is 'and' spelled out or is '&' used? Thank you.

Oh STOP with the COVID!
😂 Agreed. Definitely ready for it to not be a thing.
@@KnitTogetherwithKimJonna I Just want people to understand what this sham-demic did to some of us. I spent over 30 years by myself, building my pet-care business. The two biggest industries that were hit from this lie were travel and leisure. That was me. Literally overnight, I lost my whole business. And because of the residual effects on many people, things are still bad for me and this business. I am all alone, with no family and two dogs to support. I just wish people would think of others before they speak about something that has caused so much damage.
